About Me
We have two daughters who are 3 and 7 months old. I am currently on maternity leave but will be back to work in September in London. From January 2026, we need childcare for our daughters here as I am starting a new role more locally. I work long hours in a school and my husband works shifts.
Our hope is that we can find a childminder who can have our youngest who will be one by January 2026 (Monday - Thursday) and then the same person who could drop off our eldest to a nursery/pre school in the morning and pick up in the afternoon (again Monday - Thursday. Ideally, we would like to be able to drop them both off with the same person and pick up from the same person in the evening for consistency for the girls.
We are based in between Leigh and Hildenborough and would like our children to go to school locally, so would like someone local too. I will be driving past Leigh, Penshurst on my way to work, and Hildenborough is also very close.
Any thoughts or options would be extremely helpful! Thank you in advance.
