Hello! I’m Kimberley, a qualified and passionate childminder running Bilingual Home — a warm, welcoming, and bilingual setting based in Peterborough.
As a mum myself, I know how important it is to find a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where your child can thrive. In my home, little ones are cared for like family, with plenty of opportunities to explore, learn, and grow — all at their own rhythm.
? I follow a gentle, Montessori-inspired approach, encouraging independence, creativity, and confidence through hands-on learning and play.
? Our days are enriched with French and English, making language learning natural and fun from the very beginning.
? We enjoy stories, singing, dancing, nature walks, sensory play, and age-appropriate activities tailored to each child’s needs and interests.
I believe in respecting each child as a unique individual, and I’m committed to providing a calm, consistent routine where they feel seen, heard, and supported every day.

My Experience
My journey began over 10 years ago as a nanny, supporting families and caring for children from birth to 10 years old. Through this hands-on experience, I developed a deep understanding of child development, routines, and the importance of emotional security. Becoming a mum myself strengthened my passion for early years even more. I’ve now created a bilingual, Montessori-inspired home setting where little ones can grow, learn, and feel truly at home. With a calm and caring approach, I support each child’s unique rhythm and needs, helping them thrive through play, gentle guidance, and meaningful connection — all in both French and English.
