My Requirements
I would like a childminder who is well qualified with Early Years experience who can communicate effectively with young children. She would know how to nurture tiny tots, teaching them to be independent and resilient. She would provide lots of hands-on experiences, like messy play, construction and creative activities while keeping them safe and secure inside and outside the home environment.
