Hello! I'm a caring and proactive parent based in Luton, looking for reliable support for my 5½-year-old son.
My son is bright, loving, and curious, but he faces some challenges with speech and emotional regulation. We are seeking someone who is patient, understanding, and experienced with young children—ideally with knowledge of special educational needs (SEN), speech delay, or developmental support.
We are particularly interested in working with a nanny or SEN carer who can offer calm, structured, and engaging care—someone who can support his routines, encourage communication, and help with gentle behavioural development.
We're open to live-in or regular part-time support and would love to begin with a trial week to ensure a good fit for both sides.

My Requirements
We’re looking for a kind, patient, and experienced nanny to support our two sons — aged 5½ and 3 years old — at our home in Luton.
Our elder son has some speech delay and emotional regulation challenges, so we’re especially looking for someone with experience in SEN, speech development, or early childhood education. Our younger son is active, curious, and loves engaging play.
Your role would include:
Supporting structured routines (meals, sleep, play)
Encouraging speech and communication through daily interaction
Helping manage emotional outbursts gently
Engaging both children in reading, creative play, outdoor activities, puzzles, and storytelling
We are open to live-in or live-out, and would like to start with a 1-week paid trial to ensure the right fit for our family.
