My name is Riana, I am 27 and live in Harrow.

My Experience
I spent a year as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school, where I supported children in their learning and development—both in the classroom and in one-on-one settings, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
Before that, I worked for three years as a swimming teacher and coach, helping children build confidence in the water through fun, structured lessons. I’ve always loved creating a safe, supportive environment where kids can thrive, feel heard, and most importantly—have fun!
I’m calm under pressure, patient, and well-organised, and I understand how important it is for parents to feel their children are in good hands. Whether it’s helping with homework, bedtime routines, or keeping little ones entertained, I’m here to make life a bit easier for your family.
My Qualifications
• DBS qualified (basic DBS)
• 1 year experience as a Primary School Teaching Assistant, supporting children aged 4–11, including those with special educational needs (SEN)
• 3 years experience as a Swimming Teacher and Coach, teaching children of all abilities in a structured and safe environment
• Strong understanding of child development, classroom routines, and positive behaviour management
• Experienced in supporting children with SEN on a 1:1 and group basis
• Confident with homework help, creative play, and supporting children’s emotional wellbeing
• Excellent communication, patience, and a warm, professional manner
