About Me
Hello, I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder and I live within Thorpe Marriott.
I have three lovely daughters aged 15 years (yr10-sept2016), 5 years (May 2011) and a newborn (March 2017) and a 4 year old boy (December 2012).
I have been graded as 'Outstanding' on my inspection by Ofsted (May 2015).
I love working and caring for children of all ages and abilities. We enjoy activities and games, which are both fun and educational and I have a large garden fully equip for outdoor play and exploration. I help to promote learning with children of varied abilities which is achieve through play based activities, an inspiring environment and challenges to meet individual needs and requirements. I help children to gain independence as well as promoting British values such as sharing and being kind.
I have a dog who is very good with kids, although I am very strict with routines and procedures to ensure hygiene and the wellbeing of all is monitored and maintained at all times.
My Experience
Additional to my own children, I have experience of looking after children from a range of ages from birth to teens.
I have cared for babies, children within the Early years foundation stage and above.
My Qualifications
My highest level of qualifications in a degree in BA Business Studies.
I have completed the ICP, Paediatric First Aid, Child Protect, Safeguarding Lead Practitioner, and many more relevant courses.
I have recently completed a NVQ level 3 in children and young people.
My Availability
I can offer before and after school care to Childerwood pre-school and Drayton infant and junior schools.
I can be flexible with working hours.
I can offer 2,3 & 4 year old funding.

Tabby helped us out when we were looking for one off childcare for a couple of days for one week. I doubt now it will be a one off, she is so friendly and puts your mind at ease on the first meeting. The best thing is my son enjoys being there and feels safe with Tabby to go to her when he is upset or tired.
