About Me
I live in a 4 bedroom house in Birch hill, Bracknell with my husband and 3 children born in March 2010 and April 2013 and October 2014.
I have a medium sized garden with a beautiful playhouse packed with educational toys, and also a lovely sized playroom for the children.
We are a strict non smoking house, we have a small dachshund.
I work very closely with another childminder, and we often do thing together, giving all of the children we care for an opportunity to interact with other children of different ages.
My Experience
I started off working in a nursery in 2003 ( so I have 20+ years childcare experience) where I gained my level 3 in childcare, looking after children aged 3 months to 5 years, I then moved on to become a nanny, which is what I did for 6 years and in that time I worked for 2 families looking after children between the ages of 4-12 so I have had experience with a wide range of ages.
I am part of a large childminding circle which enables me to go on day trips, and regular play groups enabling all the children in my care the chance to interact with children of all ages.
My Qualifications
Level 3 in childcare, development and learning.
Understanding Autism level 2
Up to date with first aid and child protection.
Full CRB check.
I'm Ofsted registered with a grading Good (last inspection was Nov 2023) , and can accept funding (15/30 hours) and also tax free childcare.

My Fees
- Childminding from £7.50 per hour
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
£7.50per hour ( after funding, if you qualify) which includes healthy snacks and drinks.

When looking for a childminder for our (then) 10 month old son, we really wanted to find a ‘home away from home’ for him. Immediately upon meeting Viki we knew she would be a great person to take on our son. Viki is friendly, warm and inviting but this also extends to her family. Her own children are absolutely brilliant with our son and treat him as if he was part of their own family. When we collect him, we can see fees safe and comfortable with Viki which is important to us. She also communicates photos and updates with us which is always appreciated!
On top of all these great qualities, Viki has also allowed some flexibility for us to fit in with our varying job schedules, which I know not every childminder would do. Highly recommended.

My son is 18 months and has been with Viki since the beginning of this year. She had been recommended to me by someone else and I can see why.
Her house is lovely and clean and very welcoming as were her own children when we went to meet her the first time. Her own daughter Grace even said, Tyler is mine now when I took him the first time. He feels like part of the family there.
Viki is very professional and my son Tyler loves her. I was worried he might struggle to settle or take a little longer than normal based on previous experiences with him in the past but right from day one he loved her. I had nothing to worry about at all. She even helped me out with a few days childcare before he had officially started so she is definitely happy to be flexible.
Even during this Covid situation they’ve managed lovely walks out and soft play activities in her house.
I feel totally relaxed with him there knowing that she is taking excellent care of him and she’s always happy to answer any silly mum questions or worries I have.
I would definitely recommend Viki and hope my son can continue to grow there with her for as long as possible.

Viki is absolutely amazing with both my children. She has had them from a very young age, she is always keeping them entertained and active. She goes out of her way to help, especially when I was at university, we are so lucky to have Viki, and the children adore her!

As soon as I stepped into Viki's home and met her I knew she was the one I could trust to look after my son, Harvey - without a doubt. She welcomed us into her home and interacted with Harvey from the moment she met him. I was very worried about how he would be on his first day with Viki, but when I found out that there were no tears, no tantrums and he had fun!!! That was when I knew he would be absolutely fine. I would recomend Viki to any mum out there that wants someone who's going to be there for their child, encourage your child to learn and grow and who understands the struggles we all go through as mum's. This is Viki! I have noticed a huge change in Harvey since he's been with Viki, hes becoming a lovely interactive little boy!!!! :)

Having moved to Bracknell recently I needed a new childminder to ease our work lives and ensure our son was in a home from home with someone who was amazing. Not too much to ask we thought.
However after 6 months no one had come up with flexibility or to a high standard as Viki. I met Viki early in the year and loved her straight way. Her home is clean and modern, Her daughter Grace is polite and plays with our son beautifully, and Viki herself has always been with children and has that natural way, this isn't her sideline whist she has young children herself she is brilliant.
We waited 6 months for Viki to have her second daughter and finish maternity before our son could start. In which we had some difficulties working out how it could work best for all of us but Viki had strong links with her childminding group for advice and having extensive knowledge already she was extremely accommodating and flexible.
Our son happily skips off to play at Viki's house after school playing with a variety of toys, equipment, children and having home cooked food at 5pm. A relaxed mummy then picks him up getting his journal for the day and a run down/handover of both school and the afternoon, with a son thoroughly ready for bed chatting about his fun day and yummy dinner.
We have really noticed the difference at what an amazing childminder can do for the whole family. Thankyou Viki x
