About Me
I am a 30 year old BSc Psychology and Sociology graduate from London with over a decade of nannying experience with children aged from newborns to 7years.
I am very interested in child development and love engaging children in imaginative and creative play in order to stimulate development. Throughout my degree I focused on child development and education modules and so I am able to guide your child in age appropriate play in order to facilitate development.
I believe strongly in providing children with a calm and supportive environment in order to teach them independence and confidence to take on whatever challenges they come across. Firm but fair is how I would describe my nannying approach, I feel children thrive when provided with secure boundaries but also think that respect is a two way street and will always explain why a rule is in place and encourage discussion if a child feels something is unfair.
I live in Hither Green with my husband and our border collie, Ozzie. We have loved exploring the local area on long walks over lockdown. My husband is from Paris and so I have been slowly improving my French and have been able to help with french homework for previous families. I also enjoy reading and going to the theatre which is something I am very keen to get back to.
My Experience
Current position Jan 2023-ongoing
4days a week care for a lovely family with two boys aged 4 and 2.
We are currently considering a nannyshare as the youngest child begins some preschool hours.
Previous positions- 2015-2023
Three years providing full time care for two boys starting when their eldest was 6months and finishing when the boys were 3.5 and 1.5. In this position I supported the family through their eldest having quite a severe speech delay and helped them to supplement his communication with a mix of baby sign and makaton. I worked alongside mum during her maternity leave with her second son and helped her to have time for herself by providing sole charge care of both children as well as time for her eldest by caring for the newborn.
5years providing sole charge care to children aged 6 and 4 at the end of my time with the family. During this time we also had a nannyshare where I had sole charge of children aged, 6, 4 and 6months.
- during this position I also took on full homeschooling duties for the elder children when lockdown was announced, including researching and setting tasks based on the national curriculum and the children’s related interests.

Pre 2015 ,
Multiple sole charge and nanny share positions with children ranging from 12 weeks to 7years.
