About Me
I am a single Mum, working full time in London, living on Chafford Hundred in Essex. My son is almost 8 and is in Year 3 at Warren Primary School. He has SEN one to one support at school, He is diagnosed with ADHD and PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance).
I am currently exploring alternative after school and respite childcare options for him, to give him a good routine and the 121 care he needs whilst I have to work. Possibly this might also give me some time to have some respite care to allow me to recharge. I'm hoping to find someone who can look after him in our home, take him for trips out, do crafts, fun activities at home and provide food and care for him.
He loves interacting with other children, being outdoors, riding his bike and scooter.
There is the potential that this could expand into an After School role during term time for the right person, with regular holiday cover required throughout school holidays.
He is currently in Breakfast and After School Club at his school where he has a 121 support worker help him interact with the other children.
Car Driver essential - own car or I can consider putting you on my insurance.
My son is a lively little boy, who loves Lego, construction toys, trains, cars, football, dinosaurs - all the usual boy things!
