Looking For Before School And After School Nanny 2 Days A Week

About Me
UPDATED REQUIREMENTS - Needed to start immediately.
I am a single Mum, working full time in London, we live in Colchester, Essex. My son is 8 and is in Year 4. He has SEN one to one support at school, with an EHCP in place. He is diagnosed with ADHD and PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance).
He goes to Brinkley Grove Primary School in Highwoods and I need before & after school and potentially respite childcare for him, to give him a good routine and the 121 care he needs whilst I have to work full time. He is now due to start in the school Breakfast & After School Club after half term, but they can only accommodate him 3 days a week to start with, which still leaves me needing to cover Tuesday and Wednesday's in order for me to go to work full time.
Routine would be as follow:
Term Time:
Tuesday 7am - 8.30am (Come to the house, take over from me, breakfast, get dressed for school, walk to school for 8.40-8.50 drop off) (There maybe potential for more mornings, just waiting for confirmation from school club about timings)
Tuesday 3.00pm-7.00pm (After School Pick Up, bring home/after school activities/tea/bath maybe, until I get home from work)
Wednesday 3.00pm-6.00pm (After School Pick Up, bring home/after school activities/tea/bath) I WFH on a Wednesday currently, but I can be out of the house for a couple of hours after school and take over the evening routine earlier than on the day's I am in London.
School Holidays/Bank holidays:
I get BH off work so won't always need cover then and school holidays are juggled between me and his Dad but we will need some cover in the summer holidays to give Cameron some consistency.
I'm hoping with the right person, I could have some time to have some respite care to allow me to recharge, as I am the full time parent too.
I'm hoping to find someone who can look after him in our home, take him for trips out, do crafts, fun activities at home and provide food and care for him.
He loves interacting with other children, being outdoors, riding his bike and scooter.
Car Driver essential - own car preferable
My son is a lively little boy, who loves Lego, construction toys, trains, cars, football, dinosaurs - all the usual boy things!
