About Me
I have 3 adult daughters and 6 grand children ranging in age from 24 to 4 year-old. I live with my husband in a quiet semi rural location.I do voluntary work in the local infant school one afternoon per week.For this reason I have had a recent DBS check I belong to the local WI and enjoy sewing, reading and cookery. I also have a network of friends that we socialise with on a regular basis.
My Experience
I had a long and varied teaching career in the primary sector. I taught in both infant and junior schools. I retired from teaching 10 years ago having been in charge of a 3 class special needs unit attached to a mainstream school. Since retiring I have looked after my last grandson from the age of one and take him to and from Caerleon school
My Qualifications
I have a degree in special education and a qualification for teaching children with dyslexia and one for teaching children with severe special needs. I have tutored a large number of children over the years ranging from general extra help to sitting entrance exams for private schools,
My Availability
I am availabe at most times during the evenings and some of the day time too.

My Fees
- Tutoring from £25.00 per hour
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
I charge £25 per hour or £20 or 3/4 of an hour but if I had to travel a distance would have to charge extra for fuel
