I am Eva Rita . I am 50, married, experienced mother, primary school teacher, caring, loving and very creative. All my life is related to work with children in family, in school, in church. I am very creative
( art projects, poetry, book writer). People notice that usually I develop a good relationship with babies and children.
I am involved in Parent Group Leader volunteer work and Parent Champion work for Lewisham Council.
I am married, mother of 5 children, so I have a lot of related job and family experience. Also I have three grandkids.
I work in Lithuanian school as a teacher on Saturdays.
I feel that I have spare love, energy and time to give to families who need me. I would prefer to work as a nanny or babysitter part time or on occasional basis , some evenings or nights might be considering. I am qualified Early Years Care and Education NVQ level 2 where first aid included. I have Primary School teacher qualification, have CRB check as I volunteer in school and nursery. Generally I have a 30 years experience as a volunteer in various Church projects with children. I am planing to be Ofsted registered in future, if I find enough working hours.
We live near Catford, near St.John Baptist primary school , where I also am a volunteer for school gardening in my joungest daughter's school, not far from Homebase. Gardening services are also posible on request. Any additional handyman, gardening, creative, artist skills are additional bonus in my family.
Hope to make a difference at least in one child's life.
My Experience
My most important experience is being a mother. I know many secrets of breastfeeding, able to change nappy or feed the baby, put him to sleep or play with him. I know how to take care of different age of children, as I have more than 30 years of experience of childcare and different projects and activities with children in church. In Lithuania I worked as a primary school teacher, after school teacher, one to one learning and teaching Russian and Lithuanian languages, taking duties as the head of year7 class.( Can provide all proofs if needed). I am writing poetry, was volunteering at Peter Pan's nursery and still volunteering for St.John Baptist primary school as a gardener. I believe that I can provide the very multiple aspects of childcare depending on what parents want for their child.
My experience as a nanny is aprox 5 years now.
My Qualifications
In Lithuanian Siauliai University I gained Higher Education Diploma in primary teaching, comparable to British Bachelor (Ordinary) Degree Standard, qualified Primary School Teacher.
In Liverpool Community College gained NVQ LEVEL 2 in Early Years Care And Education In Liverpool i had been awarded OCR level 1 and 2 in adult literacy. In Lewisham College I was awarded ESB level 2 certificate in ESOL SKILLS FOR LIFE (speaking and listening) and passed other English tests. (Proofs can be provided)
I am a British citizen.
My Availability
I am able to work preferably part time or on occasional basis. Some evenings or nights, or earlier mornings might be considered. Also available on school holidays.
