Mary Poppins ! Absolutely outstanding

Mischelle cared for my three children for nearly ten years. Over that time she has definitely become part of our family. We chose Mischelle due to her warm and friendly personality and how welcoming she was. Mischelle's care and love enabled our first daughter to grow and flourish, she loved her time with Mischelle, we also met her husband and daughter and we became like extended family. Our daughter loved the trips out and went to a variety of places, which gave her opportunities she may not have had. When our next daughter was born, our lives changed forever as she was born with rare cardiac defects that cannot be repaired, she was in hospital for just under one year. It's hard to put into words really how supportive Mischelle was to us as a family. When our daughter did get home she required care above and beyond that of a nanny or childminder, yet Mischelle learnt how to care for her, meet her needs, medication and gastrostomy feeding and medication, she did this without question. Her continued care of our first daughter and then our second was outstanding. Our daughter was always included in the activities ane had experiences we were told would never happen. If Mischelle hadn't taken on these needs our lives would have been very different. Our daughter went onto have further surgery to improve her quality of life and Mischelle never faultered, we owe her everything. Our third daughter was born the following year and slipped straight into the same routine as the others. They all have a creative flair, which I firmly believe is down to the craft activities Mischelled provided, their favourite colour is purple and everything has to sparkle ( like Mischelle) Mischelle and her family are firmly part of all our lives and will continue to remain very much part of our extended family. All our daughters are now settled into school. They are happy, confident, creative girls who continue to achieve their individual success. Mischelle has loved, nurtured and provided outstanding opportunities and experiences for our daughters, as parents, Mischelle has gone above and beyond her role. Our girls continue to talk about her and her family often and she's given our family a bright future.

A total jem that we couldn't have done without for

My daughter began attending this setting at only a few months old, full time. I have been thrilled with every aspect from the outings, to the crafting and baking and also that although I work full time, my daughter has grown up with wonderful dogs. The stimulating and educational environment has brought my daughter on tenfold which is fantastic as she's a child that is always ' why are you doing this, why are you doing that ?' So all the learning and topics have been superb.
There are far too many things to list, my daughters file for school is jam packed with her work for over four years, from poems, painting, mobiles, photographs and her wonderful writing now too.
Her food is amazing I wish that I could attend for lunch !
The topics are varied and engaging and I love that unlike a nursery they go out for lots of hands on learning, more recently to Tropical World in Leeds to learn about the animals and have lunch ( my daughters favourite part ) I know although my daughter is moving on to school, the last four years have been valuable input and that we'll be friends for life............. Mischelle deserves her Outstanding grading with bells on as I see the effort she puts in with all the things that come home and that my daughter talks none stop about her day, The fact she's also qualified in a number of other things like sign language and speech therapy just add other strings to her bow and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her.

Happy Family!

Mischelle has cared for both of our boys for over three years now. We moved my elder son to Mischelle when he was two as he had been unsettled at his Nursery. He settled with Mischelle incredibly quickly and went from a child who I had to peal off me every morning screaming at Nursery to one who walked in happily by himself and found toys to play with. Mischelle was one of the first people I told about my second pregnancy as we wanted to be sure he or she could have a place with her too!

Mischelle provides a very caring and calm environment and my boys have formed strong relationships with both Mischelle and her family and the other children that attend her setting. They have both loved the activities that they have undertaken with her and we all love the days when the children bake as they get to bring some home too!

I would recommend Mischelle without hesitation to anyone looking for a childminder.

Highly Recommended

I am the Mum of three girls, and Mischelle cared for the first two for over 3 years until eventually I gave up work, ( I have to admit they did come for a year after I gave up work as I felt they got great benefit from doing so)

The girls thoroughly enjoyed going to Mischelle's, loving the baking, crafting and many outings. Yeadon Tarn, Harewood House, the park and moors for picnics.

The little folders that Mischelle did have been a great keepsake for us, as we hadn't done anything like this as they were growing up with lots of photographs and information.

My eldest daughter was frightened of animals before attending and soon ( and I mean soon, within a couple of weeks) was chattering non stop about dogs, which amused both my husband and I.

I like the fact that in my stressful job, I could leave them at Mischelles in the knowledge they were having a fun packed day, learning lots and not missing me ~ it meant I could get on with my job without worrying which is paramount.

We still call in to see what they are up to and have coffee and keep in touch...

Fabulous recommended childminder

Mischelle has cared for both of my children over a 6 year period, she cared for my son from 8 weeks old until he went to school and by then I had a 2nd child who she also cared for.

My children adored her and loved going to her home - they loved her dogs, and other pets and all the exciting, yet stimulating things that are on offer.

She even cared for my son overnight for a couple of days while I went into hospital to have my daughter, nothing is ever too much trouble.

She is extremely reliable and trustworthy and for her, childminding is a vocation rather than a job, I cannot recommend her enough.
