About Us
Apple Blossom Day Nurseries are Sunderland's best private children's day nurseries. We operate three fantastic children's day nurseries in Sunderland and we also have a sister nursery in Alnwick. Our Sunderland nurseries are on Durham Road, Sunderland Enterprise Park and also at Merle Terrace in Pallion.
All of our settings have either a Good or Outstanding rating from Ofsted.
We pride ourselves on being a caring, diverse and inclusive nursery ensuring all of our children are confident and motivated learners. We have excellent relationships with our children and parents and work closely with other professionals to meet the individual needs of each child. Every child is allocated a key worker who will build up a strong relationship with them and their parents and ensure that the child’s learning and development closely matches their needs through planning, playing and new experiences.
We also operate a very successful out of schools club / holiday club during non term time and accept children up to the age of 7 years 11 months.

Holiday club: £30.00 per day
We offer discounts for NHS staff and also sibling discount.

My daughter goes to Apple Blossom on Sunderland Enterprise Park. We needed her in nursery because we both work. We get regular updates on her progress on an app called Tapestry so we can see what she's been up to. The girls there are lovely and all the children always seem happy. We also use the holiday club in the school holidays for our older son. A really great nursery in a really convenient location, I wouldn't send my kids anywhere else!

My son has been going to Apple Blossom since 2016. He's gained so much from interacting with other children and the support we have had from the staff has been amazing!
