My Requirements
I need a nanny ( live in or live out), childminder or an aupair for my son.
My job requires me to be flexible and to work some weekends. I would be needing a full time place 5 days a week.
I want someone who is also reliable, who would be hassle free and not take me away from my work. If it's a childminder, I would like if she has someone else in case she falls ill for few days. As a single parent I rely solely on my childcare provider to be reliable.
The provider has to genuinely caring and happy to work with kids. She should be able to look after my son like he is hers. someone with experience in the field that i can trust and have rest of mind while at work that my child is in safe hands .
