About Me
I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder and have been for 26 years, I have extensive experience of looking after babies and toddlers, and with children with special needs. I have gained my NVQ3 in Childcare Learning and Development, and update my first aid certificate every 3 years. My hours are currently 8:00 am to 5:30pm.. During the week we spend our time going to the local park, library, playgroups, indoor adventure areas, meeting friends and other childminders with their children in order to socialize and gain new experiences . We have music and story times as well as cutting and sticking, working with playdough and cooking/baking etc. I have a large garden, with ride on toys, sandpit, playhouse and slide. I also have a dedicated playroom and large dining room for children to play in.
I collect from Bonneygrove school
I am able to offer free early education for 9 months plus, 2, 3 and 4 year olds and use the tax free child scheme
I am a scout leader for the beaver section and have been for 15 years
I enjoy helping children to become independent and achieve their next steps whilst having an enjoyable time in a loving and friendly environment
My Experience
I have been childminding for 26 years, my children are aged 29, 26 and 23 and I have looked after many children during this time - some for a few months - some for 11 years. I have experience with special needs children and those with behavioural problems. As my children have grown older i have gained experience of the stages they go through and where to look to for help and advice. I also follow the EYFS scheme.
My Qualifications
NVQ3 in Childcare, Learning and Development. First aid certificate. Ofsted registration. Various childcare related courses including safeguarding.
My Availability
Available at short notice and used to fitting in with work patterns.

Debbie has looked after both of my children for a few years, one full time and one before and after school.
The children absolutely love going to Debbie's, she is always playing games with them, doing arts and crafts or having fun over the park. The kids love the many options of toys and games in the playroom and garden. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Debbie to anyone looking for a loving and nurturing environment for their children.

Debbie is a incredible childminder, I had problems with my baby boy before with another childminder, he use to cries all the time, even sometimes before we arrive to the place. With Debbie he's allready recognises the road, he goes to the door by himself and says goodbye to me, like is a happy place to him. When I pick him up, he is happy. She takes him to the park , and him enjoyes it. She has a lots of toys , every room ready and safe for the kids play. Her garden is settle for the kids play outside , my little one loves it. I am really happy with, and I trust her to stay with my boy for a couple more years. ❤ High recommended...

I very much enjoyed looking after Adam. He is a lovely, lively, energetic boy with a great personality. He settled in very quickly and loved playing with the other children, and particularly enjoyed being in the garden. He was very quick to learn new things and I was very sorry when I heard he was moving away to another county and that I would miss seeing him grow up.
