Friendly communicative fairy godmother with a good sense of humour and a firm but fair attitude who will muck in with any situation .Currently working as a before and after school nanny but please keep me in mind for the future .I live in Tadcaster am happily married enjoy walking our 2 spaniels ,holidays.cooking,socialising and the outdoors also an arts and crafts enthusiast.
My Experience
Since leaving college in around 1989 i was a nanny until 2006 working for families living in and out with children from birth to 18 yrs both sole charge and working along side parents also acting as proxy parent when parents have had holidays. Housekeeping and cooking, school pickups, taking to activities ,helping with homework,reading and music practice and a lover of arts and crafts.Also a very good sounding board and friendly ear to parents providing support where needed.I have been a before and after school Nanny for the last 10 years.The children were 5 ,9 and 14 at the beginning of the post and I have had the joys of going through tantrums and teenage years with lots of challenges along the way and all that comes with it ...I will be available from January 2025 for before and after school work and ad-hoc babysitting .I have been Ofsted registered in the past and would be happy to do so again if you would cover the costs of the registration.
