Hello!!
My name is Esther and I have been in the childcare profession for over 25 years, caring for children from newborn to teens.
I have a nanny and nursery and childminding background which enables me to help the children reach their full potential in all aspects of their lives.
I have been married for 22 years and have two daughters, 19yrs and 11 years old.
My Experience
During my 28+ years in the childcare profession I have covered all walks of life.
I have worked for all age groups, in two nurseries, being room leader and Deputy Supervisor in both of these.
For 10 years, I was a nanny. This has both been with parents working from home, and as a sole carer. I looked after a newborn through to teenagers. My role included setting up playdates, helping with homework, juggling and organising extra curricular and age appropriate activities and outings.
For 14 years I was a childminder,welcoming children to my home,creating a home from home environment. Following the EYFS and registered with Ofsted. We would go on trips out to the park,local toddlergroups,play dates with other childcarers and parents,make art and crafts,local walks in nature and some fun trips further afield like The Look Out,Beale Park,Butterfly World and Farm,Museums and Frensham Pond.

I met Esther when looking for a babysitter. She has since babysat my children in my home both evenings and daytimes and I have used her as cover for my regular (more local) childminder. I recommend her without hesitation. It's always a pleasure to see her, my children (6 and 3) both love spending time with her and I am always impressed by her patience, ability to maintain discipline and the range of interesting activities she engages in to keep them busy and entertained. I have also found her advice and experience invaluable - she has given me many useful tips and great reassurance about all kinds of parenting issues.
