I live in Arborfield with my husband, 20 year old son,is at university, 25 year old daughter, who works with me as a part time assistant. She is level 3 childcare qualified, fully first aid trained and works part time in a local preschool. I live in a detached property with a garden full of outside toys and equipment. We have a family dog.
I pride myself in offering a highly professional setting whilst making it a home from home environment for your children, meeting and exceeding all the requirements for the Early Years Foundation Stage. We use a online secure system where you can track your Childs progress and keep up to date with the daily activities we get up to with lots of photos.
We enjoy doing lots of fun activities such as arts and crafts, messy and sensory play, role play, play doh baking and lots more. We do lots different out door activities like farms, walks, play parks and soft play areas.
I have lots of lovely references from present and past clients for you to look at.
My recent Ofsted Inspection was September 2023 and maintained my ‘good’ grade. And received an excellent report.

I work 7am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday. Hours are available outside of these on request.

We feel so lucky to have found Sara, after an awful experience we had at a nursery.
Our little one is very happy and relaxed and is flourishing in her development with Sara. Sara is a kind, patient person and fantastic childminder. We are very glad we found her! There's a real family atmosphere about her home - a real home from home for our little one. Sara is an extremely committed professional, always giving children her full attention during sessions. At the same time she's able to talk easily to us parents and will pass on anything she knows will interest or concern us - a skill that is sometimes overlooked in childcare!
Overall, a really impressive childminder - We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her to any family seeking childcare.

My little boy loves Sara and her family. He is two and half and has been going to Sara for 18 months now, 3 days a week. Sara is very accommodating and always willing to help if any flexibility is required. The environment and setting is always clean and organised. Sara arranges lots of fun activities and trips on a regular basis. We are very grateful to have found a childminder that loves having our little boy and looks after him so well!

Sara and her daughter are so accommodating and friendly. My son absolutely loves going to Sara once a week which we are now increasing to 3. She is able to fit around my work hours, is careful with my sons dairy allergy and is more than willing to take in extra days at very short notice. Extremely grateful to have found her! Would definitely recommend Sara and her daughter.
