About Me
Hi, my name in Nicky I am a Ofsted registered Childminder and have been childminding now for 27 years, I have 3 children of my own ages 33, 29 and 27. My youngest daughter is also my assistant and has been in childcare for over 9 years. My home is situated in a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood with parking access.
I attend many groups, I believe this is so good for a child's social development which is why both me and my daughter run a school based playgroup on Wednesdays. As well as this, we also take the children on many days out including the park, soft play, farms, beaches, museums and many others.
I find Childcare to be a fantastically rewarding job as I believe the early years of a child's life to be fundamental in their social, physical, personal and emotional development.
Within my home, I have a purpose built environment solely based for the children I care for filled with educational and fun toys, with also a designated area for arts and crafts to ensure each child can explore their creative side.
My Experience
I have many years experience of looking after children age from 3 months to 12 years. Having three children of my own gives me an incite on what a parent expects from a provider. I also love to have a good working relationship with the parents to ensure we are working towards to the same goals. I have worked with many families during my time, all with very good references and fantastic memories and experiences. Many children we once looked after still stay in contact and we have maintained a very good relationship with them and the parents.

I do the relevant courses I need to do when necessary as well as ones I feel will benefit the children I currently care for.
My Availability
I currently have two full time vacancies for children aged between 3 months to 5 years. In September I will have another two full time vacancies. We only offer a full day service for children of this age, however we do also provide before and after school care for children above this age. Currently we provide this for children at Coopers Lane Primary School.

My Fees
- Childminding from £8.00 per hour
My daily cost is £60. This cost covers 3 meals a day, snacks and playgroups.
Before and after school is £8 an hour.
Hours from 7:30 - 17:30.
