About Me
I have recently moved to Hawthorn Drive, School Aycliffe from Staindrop.
I live in a detached house offering two separate playrooms for childmiding.
I offer a professional and flexible childcare service and we accept new starters from six months.
Our last Ofsted inspection in March 2022 rated our setting as good with outstanding features. Our previous inspection in October 2016 was graded outstanding.
I am registered with the local authority to provide nursery education to any qualifying 2yr, 3yr and 4yr year old children. I am also registered to provide up to 30 hours free childcare, and take payments from the approved government child tax free scheme.
I employ one full time member of staff who is currently completing a level 3 early years apprenticeship and one member of staff on a caaual basis to provide extra staffing when needed.

My Experience
I have run my own business for nine years, starting out myself having up to four children per day, due to an excellent reputation for providing outstanding childcare my business has expanded to allow me to employ staff, offer funded education and continue to offer a high standard of care of which I am extremely proud.
I have experience of being a mum to my three children,
I have experience of working in various nurseries as a practitioner and as deputy manager of a pre-school.
I was play leader for Staindrop Playgroup for 6 years.
I have worked as a part time library assistant which involved organising toddler groups and junior reading groups.

My Availability
Monday-Friday, 8am -6pm setting based childcare
Evenings/weekend babysitting available upon request either by myself or a member of my team.
Annual or term time only contracts available. I currently do not work on Fridays during the school holidays.
