About Me
My name is Tracy. I am a mother to 3 girls, aged 31, 23and 22. I work full-time and am flexible with my hours. I take great pride in my work and my first CIW inspection resulted in my getting good in all areas, as did my 2nd in Sept 19. I enjoy outdoor activities and encourage all children in my care to try new things. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
My Experience
I have been a mother for 31 years and have 3 children of my own. I qualified as a teaching assistant before registering as a childminder in 2009. I used to work as an escort for vulnerable adults and children and I also did a lot of respite care for social services. I often look after children for other childminders when they take their holidays.
My Qualifications
Level 2 Safeguarding.
Level 4 module in Rethinking Child Development
- Level 3 diploma in Children and workforce development.
- Registered paediatric first aider.
- Introduction to the safeguarding of children.
- Foundation certificate in food hygiene.
- Supporting communication.
- Introduction into makaton for childminders.
- Enabling environment for babies.
- Documenting children's learning for childminders.
- Sharing books with babies.
- NVQ level 3 teaching assistant.
- NVQ level 2 teaching assistant.
My Availability
I am available 8am until 5pm, Monday to Friday, however I do occasionally work unsociable hours. I can be quite flexible as I am aware that families needs differ from one to another so it would be best to contact me to discuss your requirements as I find this is always easier.

Tracy looked after my son for over a year and was brilliant every day. She was reliable, trust worthy and lots of fun. My son got on great with her and her family. She understood him and his needs, expanding them as he grew.
I don't have a bad word to day, she was great in every way. I could call on her at the last minute and she would do everything she could to accommodate. A brilliant childminder!
