About Me
I am a child at heart and very outgoing and love and understand children. I am married with two grown up children of which none live at home.
I do school runs to New York Primary in my recent Ofsted inspection I was given a very strong good with outstanding elements
My Experience
I have been childmimding for 18 + years and take pride in offering all children a home from home experience along with enjoyment in learning through work and play and working alongside EYFS The children are offered a wide variety of activities and plenty of outdoor play in my home, however, I believe in full use of the outside environment from parks, beach, farms, etc but also use soft plays and toddler groups. I work with my local children centre and school and they offer me lots of useful and educational rescources for the children to enjoy. During school holidays our days are very full and enjoyable and I work closely with another childminder and we take the children everywhere offering them lots of outdoor activities , however if the weather is not good we make full use of museums, pictures and bowling etc.

Sandra began looking after my son when i moved after a divorce. he was only 18 months old. she made what should have been a difficult time easier as my son adored spending time with her. she had managed to get him potty trained within 2 weeks which was something I struggled with. she is always active with the kids and they all adore her. My son always came home exhausted but happy. i was sad when my son grew up and we moved away as every child needs someone like her in their lives. this lady makes every child feel special and also the children all become good friends. I would highly recommend this childminder for your own little one. Andrew and I love her dearly and miss her terribly xxx
