About Me
My name is Alexsandra and I provide a warm, friendly, family home environment for children. I have been childminding for9 over 16 years and my previous experience includes working in a nursery and a pre-school. My OFSTED rating was GOOD and I am CRB/DBS fully enhanced checked. I am also registered with the local authority, Central Bedfordshire Council and I have the following work related qualifications: CACHE LEVEL 2 NVQ EARLY YEARS CARE &EDUCATION, CACHE LEVEL 3 NVQ CHILDRENS CARE LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT. I am a qualified Paediatric First aider and I am CAF & SAFEGUARDING CERTIFIED. I accept Childcare Vouchers and provide a very flexible service. I have also have NVQ LEVEL 4 IN CHILDREN'S CARE LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT.
My home is in a nice neighbourhood/area and I do not have any pets and we live in a non-smoking home. My background, experience and education/training allows me to provide a range of excellent services delivered in a safe and happy environment. My Experience
I have been childminding for over 15 years and my previous experience includes working in a nursery and a pre-school.I like to take the children to play groups, parent and toddler groups, parks, play areas, museums and places such as Mead Farm to offer a range of activities and experiences and assist with their development and social skills. My customers include teachers, social workers and professionals from all backgrounds and excellent references can be provided on request.
My Qualifications
I have the following work related qualifications: CACHE LEVEL 2 NVQ EARLY YEARS CARE &EDUCATION, CACHE LEVEL 3 NVQ CHILDRENS CARE LEARNING & i also have NVQ LEVEL 4 DEVELOPMENT. I am a qualified Paediatric First aider and I am CAF & SAFEGUARDING CERTIFIED. I regularly attend courses to keep my knowledge of legislation/funding/policies and procedures etc. up to date.
My Availability
I can work from 7.30 in the morning too late evening Monday to Friday. Flexible, can cover shifts, can also do short term/school holiday contracts. I offer free funding for 2, 3 & 4year olds.
