About Me
My name is Cathy. I am an NNEB qualified Nursery Nurse. I have been a registered childminder for 24years. I live in Chesham with my husband. I have two grown up children (my daughter is also a Nursery Nurse). I live in a very quiet area within walking distance of the train station, park and town centre. I offer a homely environment to the children in my care and flexible hours. I provide home cooked meals and can cater for specialist diets. I am registered to offer the FE to 2,3 and 4 year olds and I will also offer the extended hours.
I have recently had an Ofsted inspection. The judgement I received was "Good".
My Experience
I have always worked with children both privatly, as a Nanny, and in central London as a Nursery Officer in Day Nurseries. During my time as a childminder and Nanny I have cared for newborn babies and children up to the age of 11 years. I have also cared for children with special needs.
I have recently been lucky enough to look after a baby of two and a half months old.
My Qualifications
NNEB, First aid certificate. I am constantly updating my knowledge, for example of the EYFS, by attending courses.
My Availability
I offer childcare from 8am until 6.30 (though these hours can be flexible to suit your needs) monday to friday (no bank holidays). I will have one early years vacancy available from November 2023

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.50 per hour
For full time places my fees are £6.50an hour. Fees are £7.50per hour for before and after school care.
