Hello, My name is Chantelle and my provision is known as Chantelle’s childminding in Harold Hill. I offer childminding services to children from birth onwards in accordance with the EYFS requirements.
I offer a safe, secure and stimulating homely learning environment where I help children to progress through the early years of their development. I am very aware how important is is to find the very best childcare possible for your child allowing you to return to work feeling confident that you child is receiving the best childcare. It is for that reason that I strive to make sure your child feels comfortable, secure and safe from the moment they step through the door.
I have worked both in nursery and childminding settings for many years. Being a home based setting,I believe I provide more one to one care for young children.
I am an experienced childminder with a NNEB Diploma qualification, home based childcare qualification, OFSTED DBS and paediatric first aid certificate.
I am a bubbly and fun young woman and I’m also a mother of 2 children aged 22years and 17 years old. My children get on well with the children I look after and are used to having children around our home.
I had my Ofsted inspection on the 16th April 2019 and I was rated Good.

Chantelle looked after my 1.5year old boy for two months, unfortunately it wasn’t longer due to my work situation.
However within this time my son was very well looked after, and was always happy to see Chantelle.
Chantelle was always really receptive of any information I gave her and her and her family were always so pleasant.
Definitely someone to be in touch with!

Chantelle looked after my 1year old daughter for 2 years. She made my daughter feel at ease and comfortable the very first day she started and since then she became part of Chantelle’s family.
She is highly professional, very friendly, and loves the job she does and always makes you feel at ease that your child is going to be well looked after.
While my daughter was in her care, her speech improved, she was potty trained and interaction with other people improved.
I would highly recommend Chantelle for childminding services, you will not be disappointed.

My daughter had her first day with Chantelle today! Of course I was very nervous, but Chantelle calmed my nerves by sending me photos and updates of my little girl throughout the day! I instantly felt comfortable leaving my daughter with her and my daughter was also very comfortable with her (which was obviously very important for me). She came back with a hand painting and a very big smile! I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Thank you Chantelle!

I was very reluctant to use a childminder. However, Chantelle has definitely changed my mind and couldn't have felt more relieved to have found her.
My family used Chantelle's services for after school pick ups and holiday's. My son took to Chantelle straight away and I was so delighted with the care of my son.
Chantelle goes the extra mile to ensure that parents and children are happy.
Chantelle is professional, efficient and caring couldn't have chosen a better child minder.

I am really pleased with the care my daughter has received in Chantelle's care. My daughter's settling in period was difficult and a lot longer than most. However, Chantelle was patient, nurturing and reassuring on her separation journey, which supported my daughter's transition in being with a childminder for the first time.
My daughter is developmentally stimulated in Chantelle's care, with numeracy and literacy, trips out and being cared for alone as well as with other children, who she looks forward to playing with. Toys are plentiful and the environment is clean, nurturing and family orientated.
I can only recommend an industrious, kind, polite and caring Childminder and say a big THANK YOU for being apart of my daughter's early childhood and nurturing her developmental journey thus far.

I have been with Chantelle since I went back to work in the Summer of 2013. I have been very impressed with the care my son, who started when he was 11months, as he has forged a great relationship with Chantelle and her children. My son enjoys his time with Chantelle and has grown very well whilst in her care. I am very happy with the service that Chantelle has provided.
