My Summary
About Me
I am a registered childminder working from home, providing childcare services for parents/carers, with children of varying ages. I have been working as a childminder over 30years and have been ranked an outstanding childminder by Ofsted for the past 5 Inspections and Good for my last inspection. I am fully CRB checked.I have 3 married sons and 6 grandchildren.
I also work alongside another childminder Becky who is my daughter in law and has also been graded outstanding in previous inspections.
I have gained my NVQ level 3 ‘Caring for Children & Young People’, and have a level 3 Diploma in Child Development & Early Childhood Education.
I have fully comprehensive insurance for all children and myself for transportation.
I provide a stimulating and safe environment for children and welcome children from all sections of the community. A varied and healthy diet is provided where the children have a ‘say’ in the selection each day.
I have a small ‘Shitzu’ called Billy. He is fully injected and interacts with the children but is not allowed into the playroom. He has never proven to be a problem with any of the children I care for.
