My Experience

I have been working in childcare for over 25 years in many different areas
I have been in my currant position for nearly 7 years and am only looking to move because the family are off abroad now that the children are older .

My first love was Nannying and all though i have worked in many areas of childcare over the years im glad that i came back into nannying about 8years ago as it has been very rewarding , I have loved working closely with a family to provide the best childcare for them . I'm lucky as I have been able to use my pre school childcare experience in nannyIng to help to teach and prepare the children for nursery and school .

I'm very happy to do groups , swimming lessons (getting in to water) and any other activity that the children need . I'm a happy cheerful person always singing and playing , my belief is that life to short to be miserable .
I am happy to mix with others but equally I'm happy being at home with the children doing activities .
UPDATE
The family I was working for moved to Mexico in July 14, as a result of this I was able to move with my husband who was able to accept a job in Germany running a senior school. During our time there from September 14 until August 17 I worked as a deputy manager in a nursery and then as an Ofstead inspector inspecting and registering all provisions for children under 3 years that the British Forces offered in Germany,Belgium, Italy and Canada. I really enjoyed this position as I could use all of my past experiences in childcare to ensure great quality childcare was delivered to every child.
We are now back in the UK and will not be going abroad again. We have settled in a lovely village with our two dogs and I am very happy to be back.
UPDATE
Since coming back to the UK in 2017 I have worked for a short time with a family in Wiltshire. However this post turned out to be more cleaner than nanny/housekeeper. This was not for me so I ended this employment.
The family that I had worked for over several years informed me that another baby was on the way and asked if I would move back to the Windsor area and nanny for them again.
As a family we moved back to my home town of Windsor in June 2018 and I started back with there family straight away. June 2018 until now.

My Availability

I am working at present
I am looking for a nanny position working between the hour of 7am and 7/730pm depending on the area and distance from home to travel , but this is all negotiable. I am looking for 35 plus hours.
I'm happy to take on nursery duties and family cooking as well as normal nanny duties
I am happy to work in a 10 mile radius of Old Windsor.

My Fees

• Nannying from £14.50 per hour (net)

My fees are negotiable depending on hours and number and ages of children
