An excellent childminding service

We have been delighted with the childminding service provided by Bev and Steve. Our little boy is two and has been going for almost a year. We love the fact that it is a family home (pets and all) but at the same time a very professional service is provided. We get photo updates throughout the day, and Ted always looks like he is having the best time. We particularly like the fact that the children are taken out to the local parks/ farms and help out in the allotment. We highly recommend Bev and Steve.

Home from home

We have been more than happy with Bev, she treats our son like he has s one of the family. Toby has been encourage with his development as well as been fought and guided with new experiences. Their values and mindsets are very much like ours which means Toby feels he is in a homely environment unlike when he was at a private nursery.
They introduce Toby to all matter of nutritional foods and he never goes hungry which is a feat in its self.
We as parent’s couldn’t highly recommend Bev enough for what she does with our son. We would also like to mention Steve as Toby has built a good relationship with him which is very reassuring for us that he is in a happy environment being able to go with either adult in times of trouble or distress.

We cannot recommend highly enough!

Bev and Steve have looked after both of our boys (3.5 and 1.5 years old) for close to a year now and we are so very happy with the care that they are receiving and intend to continue to use them for as long as possible going forward! It truly feels like a home away from home for the boys and both of them love their time there.

They make a fantastic team and provide a loving environment for children where we are confident that they draw the best out the children in their care every day. Our boys have benefited so much from getting outdoors regularly in their gorgeous garden, in local parks and now that restrictions are lifting further field in their incredible car! The kids adore having all the animals on hand (and it's allowed us to defer getting our own dog for a few years!) and you wouldn't believe the array of activities on offer for the children in their ever evolving playroom, which are masterfully tailored to age related expectations.

They send us lovely photos of the boys during the day and they are so easy to talk to at drop off and pick up about updates with the boys. They are very understanding and have worked with us with a few ongoing health concerns with our youngest and even helped our oldest master his fear of the dentist!

A few years ago, I wouldn't have believed it was possible to get the benefits of a nursery within a nurturing home environment and the added benefit of children benefitting from learning from those older and younger than them, but Bev and Steve's proves it is. We couldn't be happier...

Thank you so much Catriona. We adore caring for your boys! Such different characters already and so much fun! Excited for N’s new chapter at “big school nursery” and M is growing so so fast! N is so excited by the car and we’ve been thrilled with the communication it’s encouraged between all the children, we love hearing them chat, sing and giggle and N is our top “snooze spotter” should anyone doze off after our busy mornings out and about! Lol

Wonderful childminding team

Bev and Steve have looked after my daughter three days a week for the past three months, starting when she was 12 months old. They offer a lovely "home from home" and provide a truly wonderful environment for the children they look after. I am very impressed with their care, communication, flexibility and all the fun activities they organise which includes trips to local parks and playgrounds. They also have a fab garden with a sand pit, mud kitchen and lots more! My daughter is always so happy and excited to see Bev and Steve when I drop her off and I feel lucky to have found such a great childminding team to look after her.

Bev and her husband, Steve have cared for my daughter since she was 10 months old. The level of care they provide is second to none. They are kind, caring, creative and supportive and provide a very welcoming and fun environment for little ones of all ages. They always have so many wonderful activities planned and regularly take the kids to different parks and outdoor spaces. They always take the time to give detailed feedback and photos on how my daughter has got on throughout the day and it's so lovely to hear and see what she has been up to and the progress that she has made. They really take the time to get to know your child as an individual and make them feel at home. Cannot recommend highly enough!
