About Me
My name is Joanne and I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder. I live with my husband, and daughter. I provide a warm, safe and caring environment where children can come to play and learn. I have a large private garden and we regularly attend toddler groups and play areas and we have outings to parks and gardens.
I do lots of painting and creative activities and provide lots of toys for all different ages and abilities. I received a Good on my recent Ofsted inspection
I provide a drop off and collection service for Angram Bank School and Nursery.
My Experience
I have been childminding for over 20 years and have raised 3 children of my own.
I have had experience with children with Speech and Language difficulties.
I have experience with coeliac disease and can provide gluten free food for children who have been diagnosed with Coeliac.
My Qualifications
First Aid Certificate
Advanced Safeguarding
Sheffield's Talking Level 1
Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2
Safe sleeping for babies
Level 3 childcare qualification, Workforce and Development for children and Young People.
My Availability
Normal Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm

My daughter Evie has been with Joanne since May 2017 just before she was 13 months old. From the first day until now, Evie has developed lovely with the help of Joanne and her daughter's. Always encourages Evie to learn new things such as painting, colouring, playing with different toys and even taking her to the farm a few times and play centres. Joanne's home is always a lovely atmosphere and are very welcoming. They have a lovely large conservatory that has so much toys and objects to learn. Also a lovely garden with swings and slides that Evie has developed to go on over the 8 months she's been there. Evie never wants to leave, which that makes me feel she's been well looked after in every aspect of her care and is fed really well as Joanne will try different food each day. Couldn't have asked for a better Childminder.
