About Me
Hi, my name is Julie and I live in the Bedford area of Leigh.
We have a 3 old zuchon dog who is great with children.
We have a no smoking policy in our home.
I provide a safe, warm, caring environment.
I have a safe and secure back garden where the children can play with a selection of outdoor toys. I also have a wide variety of indoor toys, games and activities.
We go to parks, play areas, playgroups etc on a regular basis, in the school holidays we go out on a variety of trips.
I provide three healthy, balanced meals a day with snacks inbetween, and we are the masters of gingerbread making!

My Experience
I registered as a childminder in October 1998, and worked full time until 2008.
I then carried on working before and after school and during school holidays, whilst working as a classroom assistant at St Thomas Primary school, Leigh, in Reception,Year 1, 2 and 3, working mainly with children in small groups and on a 1 to 1 basis.
I decided to return to childminding full time from September 2012.
I have experience of working with children with Autism, Aspergers and with visual impairments.

Julie is an amazing childminder, my son has a smile on his face when he arrives and when he leaves Julies house which is the most important factor. As a parent I feel safe and confident in the knowledge he is well looked after and safe in Julies presence.
Very flexible with my work patterns and in my opinion worth every penny.

Julie has cared for my son since he was 8 months old, he is now nearly five and he loves spending time with her and her family, they treat him like family and I do not know what I would have done without her, I could not rate her any higher.
