About Me
Hi! I'm Natalie, and looking for some English tutoring to do for students in KS2-4, after recently relocating to this area. I have been a secondary English teacher since 2017 and have individually tutored children of all ages on and off for around 8 years.
I am an optimistic, polite and friendly person, with great organisational skills and punctuality. I am patient, have a broad imagination, and an open mind.
My main interests include reading and going to the theatre. I am also interested in cooking, especially baking.
My Experience
I have worked as a secondary teaching assistant for students with dyslexia and moderate hearing loss (for 2 years), an English tutor (for around 8 years), and an English teacher.
I have experience teaching both sides of the GCSE AQA syllabus (Language and Literature), and texts including An Inspector Calls, Macbeth, A Christmas Carol, The Sign of Four and Love and Relationships poetry. I'm happy to do any/all of these texts as needed!
