Carol made this transition so much easier for me and my partner. We have never had a child minder before but from our first meeting with Carol we both felt at ease. Carol looked after our daughter from 6 months old and the bond that they built was AMAZING!!!

Cleo has developed so much in Carol's care!!

We have always had our children in a routine and Carol fit in to our routine perfectly.

I can not put into words how helpful Carol was for me and my partner not only that the love and care she had/has for our daughter!!

I would recommend Carol to our friends and family and anyone who is looking for childcare.

Excelled all our expectations

Carol has excelled all our expectations as a childminder. Our four year old son settled into Carol's house in his first week and he thoroughly enjoys his time with Carol and her family. For us and our son she has become more like a family friend than a childcare provider. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carol to others and we hope she will have capacity to care for our younger daughter when the time comes.

5 Star service with a caring childminder

Previously all my children have been in private day nurseries until one incident made me change my mind! I moved my son to Carol (I loved her from the minute I met her) and I have never looked back. My son have thrived so much more here than he ever did at the nursery. I never thought child-minding would be better than day care but it is with Carol.

Carol spends a lot of time and effort planning activities, which the children will enjoy, while they are learning so much at the same time. Her house is spotless and well equipped, garden is a child’s haven and she makes home cooked food every day.

I love how she spends time communicating with parents each day - she never makes you feel like she is in a rush or too busy to listen. The pictures she sends and updates she gives during the day is priceless - as a working family you miss the little things your child does when they develop - Carol recognises this and makes sure you are kept updated.

She is flexible, honest and really well priced - I will be sad when my son goes to school! I would highly recommend Carol for children of any age - she is a super star!

amazing xx

Carol had looked after my son from a very young age. My son is temperamental about who he is left with but loves Carol and her family and has become very close to them and the other kids. I first looked at a nursery in area but didn't get the initial feeling that it was where I wanted to leave my son. Carol was completely opposite as soon as I sat down with her I knew instantly that's where I wanted him to go. I would never want to put my children with any one else. She's amazing at what she does! xx

Carol is fantastic and goes beyond to accommodate

I needed a child minder at short notice. I had been told about Carol and I contacted her. Carol was very helpful and did more than her best to accommodate my needs. my little boy loved going and enjoyed all the different activities, no 2 days are the same, by boy came home shattered and full of stories of his adventures

Excellent and very professional childminder

I chose Carol because of her professional profile, I wasn't wrong about that. Carol is very organised with the kids, has a schedule which allows them to play enough rest and do some little school work. My daughter enjoyed her outings with Carol, her home is very child friendly and offers only freshly home cooked meals. Sophia won't stop asking about Carol and her kids especially her younger boy. It is very comforting to know your child is safe and happy in somebody else's home in your absence. I would not hesitate to seek her services again if need arises. Would recommend to anybody. She is really great

Great experience

Carol is really great with kids. Me and my son (3 years old) were newcomers to Leeds, he didn't speak English at all, we hardly knew anybody here, and therefore I was really worried when I first left him with Carol. However, all my worries disappeared after the first day. I saw that my son really enjoyed his time: various activities at home and in the garden (if weather was good); tasty food (my son usually ate very good at Carol's); parties for kids (for example, Halloween party); and well arranged hours for daytime rest and sleep. My son learned some English. With Carol's help he started to speak a bit of English and understands now a lot of English. All in all, Carol is a lovely and a very reliable person. And a real professional in what she does.

A very organised and hardworking childminder

Carol has a really lovely manner with all the children in her care. She is kind, calm and patient with them, especially with our son! She had done a lot to make us both going to work with the assurance that our son was going to be safe and very well cared for.

Carol looked after our son only for a couple of months and everything was perfect! Unfortunately, we needed to move our 3 year old to a different childminder as he started nursery/school outside the area. If it wasn't for school our son would still be in her care now as she is absolutely a great and reliable childminder :)

Can't Recommend Highly Enough

I choose Carol through recommendation of her being fabulous! They were not
wrong.
My 6 year old daughter has been in the care of Carol since she was 9 months
old – starting in April 2010 I returned to work so it was full time care by
Carol 4 days per week and now it’s after school every week.
It was extremely important to me that my daughter continued a relationship
with Carol and her daughter as they have grown up together and are very
much like sisters.
I feel that Carol has great strengths in different areas such as
educational play and group interaction which was introduced right from the
start and has really been a great help. The children receive very good
meals and taught table manners. She is very knowledgeable with regards to
healthcare and educational requirements and ensures your child is receiving
the best care in every area.
Carol has perfected the balance of professional and personal interaction
which is fantastic for this type of role that she loves and is highly rated
for. The children are really made to feel like part of the family and you
can see that they love going there (and quite often don’t want to come
home).
I can certainly recommend Carol and happy for anyone to contact me.

Absolutely Amazing lady :) Would highly recommend

Carol is an amazing Childminder, my Son has been going to Carol twice a week for nearly 2 years now, I couldnt have asked for a more welcoming home with professional standards.
My Son has formed a great bond with Carol & her family & although myself & he were both a little clingy to each other at 1st, he now walks straight into Carols & doesn't want to leave.. lol.
I recommend Carol to absolutely everyone & will be very upset when my Son leaves her to start school.
