My name is Rashi Arora and I am a dedicated childminder located in E16 With over 20 years of experience in childcare, I am passionate about supporting children’s early development and creating a nurturing and safe environment for them to explore and grow.
My approach to childminding is to foster an environment that encourages children to learn through play. I believe in tailoring activities to suit the individual needs and interests of each child, ensuring they feel happy, secure, and engaged. My Experience
I have worked with children ranging from newborns to school-aged, providing both full-time and part-time care. My experience includes planning educational activities that promote physical, social, and cognitive development. I also have experience in managing children’s daily schedules, preparing meals, and providing homework assistance.
My Qualifications
• Certified in Childcare Level 2,3 and 4
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Degree in Early Childhood Education (or relevant education)
My Availability
I am currently available for 8 am to 6 pm for Monday to Friday, full-time or part-time and can offer flexibility depending on your family’s needs.

I couldn’t be happier with Rashi’ Childcare for my 2-year-old! The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, always ensuring my little one feels safe and loved. We have been using Rashi’s childminding services since September 2024 when our son, Palvit, joined at just 10 months old. From the very beginning, we were impressed by the warm and nurturing environment she provides. Palvit settled in beautifully, and it was clear that Rashi’s experience with children of all ages played a huge role in making him feel comfortable and secure.
One of the things we appreciate most is how well-structured and engaging each day is at Rashi’s setting. The mix of children of different ages creates a wonderful, family-like atmosphere where they learn from each other. Palvit has been thriving—both socially and developmentally—thanks to the varied activities, learning opportunities, and interactions he gets every day.

We enrolled Krishika with Rashis when she was 18 months old and we had moved countries. I was very lucky to have found Rashis childcare. The whole team alongwith Miss Rashi provided very calm, joyful, happy, healthy and safe environment to my daughter.
They do fabulous job in instilling routines, good habits, learning activities and festival celebrations. They take utmost care with dietary requirements of kids and keep parents well informed on kids day to day progress. Whole team of teachers is so warm yet professional in their work. I have seen remarkable developments in Krishika. The help with pickup drops, creating beautiful memories and overall development of child team Rashi ace's in every aspect. Can't thank them enough for the way they have nurtured Krishika. Will recommend them to all parents 👍

Matei has been attending Rashi for around two and a half years, and he is truly thriving and gaining so much knowledge. Rashi and the team are remarkable; they combine their expertise with genuine love and attention for the children.Matei has made great strides in writing, counting, and becoming more sociable with his peers. The daily activities they provide, both indoors and outdoors, are enriching. We also celebrate special occasions like birthdays at Rashi, and we receive daily updates through pictures and videos showcasing their experiences. Rashi is incredibly approachable and offers valuable insights regarding the child's development and the challenges of growing up. Additionally, they provide convenient pick-up and drop-off services.
I really think this place is amazing! It gives parents the help they need and provides the love and care that every child deserves to grow up happy and healthy.

We can't recommend Rashi enough! She has been an absolute blessing to our family, providing top-notch care for our daughter. The way she treats the children in her care is truly exceptional - she welcomes them into her home and heart, making them feel like part of the family.

When I moved from my hometown to the UK, I faced significant challenges in settling my child here. However, Rashi's childcare and staff made the transition remarkably smooth. The environment, the care, the activities, the food, the parties—everything was exceptional. Their unique ability to provide homely care while imparting early values is unparalleled.

We were in London for 3 days and were participating for an exhibition. We kept 3 kids (age 3,4 & 8). Kids were all happy and pleased to play at Rashi's place. Highly recommended!

I used to work with Rashi as her staff. So I can recommend her place as a worker and also as a parent.
Rashi treated me very proffesionally and at the same time friendly. I loved how she respected me, my time, my family and always was able to find the way to help me if I needed it.
Rashi provides learning, trainings to all the staff and has regular meetings.
As a parent and a worker, I've noticed the excellent Rashi's knowledge in EYFS, understanding kids and founding a unique way to each child.
At Rashi's place children have:
- the place for safe physical activities as inside and outside;
- lot's of different toys to develop and play;
- planned activities;
- celebrations;
- friends;
- safeguarding;
- loving and knowledgable staff.
Additionally, Rashi provides pick up and drop off service, regular feedbacks , pictures.

Rashi and her team are exceptional. They wove love and care in nurturing my little one and I could see her flourishing in her time there and for that I’m eternally grateful to the team. Their gentle touch and unwavering dedication has not only provided a safe haven but also fostered my daughter’s growth by instilling a sense of trust and joy in her journey. Special shout out to the team for hosting wonderful birthday celebrations and other festivities, they really put a lot of time and effort to make it a memorable experience for the children.
Without reservation, I would highly recommend Rashi’s exemplary services to any discerning parent seeking the highest standard of childcare.

The team headed by Ms. Rashi is nothing short of pure magic. Lovely atmosphere, discipline where it’s needed, care and learning in abundance and happy children is all I have seen since my 2 year and 4 months caterpillar started at Rashi’s and bloomed into a butterfly at 3.
Cant thank her enough for easing the settling in and the dedication and perseverance of the entire team.
Would recommend her hands down.
