About Me
Hello! My name is Deborah and I am an Ofsted registered childminder, living in Fraddon. I was graded as outstanding at my last inspection. I live with my husband and son who is 7 years old. We are a non smoking house and we don't have any pets.
I love the outdoors - camping, gardening, beaches, woods, parks etc. I enjoy cooking/baking, spending time with family & friends and reading - especially to little people!
I love all that Cornwall has to offer and enjoy sharing fun days out with the children that I look after.
My Experience
Before becoming a childminder I worked as a nanny for 18 years, gaining experience of newborns through to teenagers.
I hold a full enhanced DBS, paediatric first aid, safeguarding and food hygiene certificates.
I offer a warm, secure, safe and nurturing environment to your child.
Our days will be filled with lots of fun activities and outings. These will include sensory play, arts + crafts, singing + dancing and role play. As well as regular outings to places such as beaches, woods, parks, soft play, stay and play sessions, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Eden Project and many more.
My Qualifications
I have a Btec National Diploma in Childhood Studies.
I am qualified in paediatric first aid.
Ofsted registered.
Excellent references available.
My Availability
1 part time space becoming available at the end of October.

We were really lucky to find Deborah and our Daughter who I think was about 5 months loved going there. Deborah took them out for different activities each day and visited lots of the nice parts of Cornwall including gardens of Helligan. This was a short term childminding arrangement unfortunately as we know we will struggle to find someone half as good as her again.
