My Experience

I recently completed the Early Years Professional Development Programme, which is an eight month course focusing on language and communication, maths and personal, social and emotional development.
I have also a level 3 course with ELKLAN called Speech and Language Support for 3-5’s.

I have minded many different children over the years from many different families and backgrounds. I respect and welcome all children, their families and their cultural and religious beliefs.

My Qualifications

I keep up to date with all required training. I try to do as much training as possible, and I am always looking for training that is new, exciting and that will improve my Childcare Practice.

I use the Bracknell Forest Local Safeguarding Children Board Safeguarding Toolkit, and have up to date Safeguarding Children Policies.

I work with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) for all children in that age range, as I am aware of their child development.

I understand that Parents are the childs best educators and believe that a childs early years are the building blocks for growing a childs self-confidence and self-esteem and also for all future learning.

I work closely to form a good partnership with all parents.

My Availability

I am happy to take children on as ‘ term time only ‘ ( using Bracknell Forest term dates only).
I may be available during the school holidays depending on demand.

Emergency Childcare may also be available if I have a vacancy.

I am happy to take part-time children if they fit into my spaces.

My Fees

• Childminding from £6.50 per hour
• Babysitting from £13.00 per hour

My current fees are £6.50 per hour, with no hidden extras. I have a 3 hour minimum charge. I will happily discuss all fees, holiday rates, sickness etc with you over the phone, what’s app, email or in person. I am also happy to answer any 'childminding' type questions.

My fees are comparable with other local childminders.
I do not charge extra for mileage, snacks, groups/ activities, ‘top ups’, sweetie purse or outings. My fees are transparent, there are no extra fees added at the end of the month.

My fees include snacks if required. Please can I ask for a lunchtime meal/packed lunch to be provided. I require nappies to be provided and suitable clothing for the outdoor weather. I am happy to have children in ‘real nappies’.

I am happy to accept workplace childcare vouchers. These include Computershare, Kiddevouchers, Care4 and Accor. I also encourage eligible parents to claim tax-free childcare via the Childcare Choices website
