About Me

Dear families, I am looking for a nice family(or two) to help them either with tutoring or babysitting. I am an outgoing and creative person. I love photography, learning languages and spending time with children. In my previous job I was an English teacher and manager of a language school and coordinator of private pre-school.
I have been working for two families in Southfields as an after-school nanny and babysitter. I would love to demonstrate my passion for working with kids, although it is difficult by e-mail. I believe that every little child is a fragile little "soul" and it is important to handle the education very carefully, being able to "feed" their little minds with interesting and entertaining things all the time. I love to give them love and care so they feel happy and secure. Usually, I like to prepare some kind of plan what we are going to do and what we are going to do and learn ( obviously it always depends on the mood of the kids - I want to guide them and make them interested in leaning and knowing but I don't want to push them to feel uncomfortable which would potentially have the other effect. Motivation is important) and plan activities that would help them to develop their motor skills and speech (sometimes I create my own short songs for children to remember what we are learning - for example simple etiquette rules such as which hand we hold fork in and so on). I guess it is important for you to know that I consider working with children as a career choice not only a temporary thing as I hope in continuing to work or possibly study further speech development which would be connected to my course I am about to finish. I am very flexible and easy-going so I will follow whatever you think is right for your children. I hope I have given you an idea what is on my mind and you will be interested in talking to me further.
