About Me
Hello, my name is Kyrie Richardson, i am an PACEY and ofsted Registered Childminder in Hucknall. I have registered as a childminder to provide children a reliable, safe, loving and learning environment.
I registered as a childminder in May 2012 but have previously worked in a nursery and loved working with children. I enjoy working along side parents aswell and gaining their feedback to help me keep improving my service at all times.
I offer babysitting in the evenings and occasional weekends.
I offer a drop off and pick up service from Holgate Primary and Nursery School in Hucknall.
I do currently have vancancies to fill.
I have a full clean driving license
I love working with children providing a Home from Home setting and childminding gives me more time to experience new things which helps children to develop their learning skills. Being a childminder also means I can take children out during the day to play groups, parks and on adventures. I know it's hard for parents to leave their children in childcare that's why i've decided to set up my own small business at home to make it less daunting for parents to leave their children.
I follow the EYFS and every child matters policies and procedures
I am happy to discuss and cater for and specific requirements you as a parent may have e.g, dietary requirements, special needs and educational needs.
My Experience
I babysit for family and friends regular and have been doing since i was about 13 years old.
I previously before registering worked in a nursery for just over a year, following the EYFS to provide routines for children to develop and learn according their age group.

*** Fully CRB Checked - So are my parents

My opening hours are 7:00 - 6:30.---- Monday to Friday

Kyrie has been looking after my 2 boys for almost 6 months and I couldn't imagine sending them anywhere else. They love going to her house every day and I really feel like it is their second home. She is amazing with children and clearly loves spending time from them. I love that she does normal day to day activities with them such as going to the shop as I think this gives them a bit more normality than just being in a nursery all day. My youngest son was almost 2 when he started with kyrie and only said about 3 words, he has come on loads from being with her and now is a real chatter box which I totally put down to her. My youngest also has various serious food allergies which she has fully catered for and I totally trust that he will be safe with her because she checks everything he eats. I would 100% recommend Kyrie's setting to anyone who is looking for a childminder.
