About Me
I live with my husband of 35 plus years I am a mother of three Grown up children, my eldest daughter is 37years old, And is married with her own home and a 8year old little girl they are just 5 minutes walk away from our house. My middle daughter is 30 years old and has no children and my youngest is my 27 year old son who also has a 8 year old little boy.
My husband and my son have a painting and decorating business together.
I am also a godmother to two lovely children.

We have 2 pet’s both Golden Retriever who is 5 years old called Nyla Who is very loving and friendly . And a 12 year old golden retriever called cody who is very loving and gentle with all the children in our care. They love to greet the children in the mornings And the children love them .
I am very lucky to be able to share the wonderful moments with all the Children in my care and so excited to experience each childs development throughout their time with me.
My Experience
My main experience is bringing up my own 3 children . I had over 24 years of experience' in childcare , Before becoming a Childminder i also worked in schools. With Both Reception and junior age’d children.
I accept the 15 and 30 hours Government funding. I also take payment through many different voucher scheme's' and family tax credit's.
I work closely with all of my parents, achieving continuity through educational learning, and play . I ALSO HAVE TO KEEP ALL MY TRAINING AND EYFS COURSES UP TO DATE SO DO TRAINING ON A REGULAR BASIS. THE SAME IF NOT MORE THAN NURSERIES
On my last inspection from Ofsted, on the
22-6-2023 I retained my good grade.

My Fees
- Childminding from £7.00 per hour
All year round childcare . My Holidays and any time off are arranged as far in advance as possible to give parents the flexibility to arrange alternative childcare cover.
i can sometimes find alternative help to cover my holidays with in my group of childminder colleagues
Full time care is charged at £7-00 Per hour per child all year round contract . Price increase April of each year .
Part time childcare £7-50 per hour per child for all year round contract
Term Time only children Rate

One month Deposit to be paid in advance to secure a place which will be used against childcare fees
All payments are paid in advance monthly, weekly etc

Kim has been looking after my 2 year old daughter since before she was 1. She has always been very professional but also friendly & flexible. My daughter loves going to Kim’s every day & has developed very well since going to her. Kim frequently socialises the children at play groups and organises trips out with other childminders, which I think is brilliant. I would highly recommend Kim.

Kim is an outstanding childminder, she is simply amazing with our son and he has come on so much since being with her. They do loads of different activities and go to lots of wonderful groups. He is always so happy and excited when we gets to Kim's, we couldn't be happier, we are so glad we found Kim.

My son has been going there since he was 9 months and is now 7 years. He enjoys going there and the care he has received over the years has been outstanding. I would thoroughly recommend Kim and Richard.

My daughter has been attending Kim’s setting since she was 9 months old. Kim has been absolutely fantastic ever since I sent my first message asking her availability. Kim’s communication is superb, we regularly receive updates on what activities our daughter does along with developmental updates.
Our daughter has come on so well since being with Kim. She is a very happy, polite, sociable little girl. This has been achieved by the support and care given at home along with the support and care Kim provides.
We are so very lucky to have found Kim, I highly recommend you reach out to Kim should you need a childminder, she is THE BEST!

Our son has been going to Kim for over a year now, and more recently on a full time basis, and we couldn’t be more comfortable leaving him with Kim.
She takes them out to lots of places and groups, and he get to experience a range of activities. His development has really come on and he is a confident, considered and sociable little boy. He always comes home happy and is excited to go again the next day.
Kim is kind, patient and nurturing and she builds a really lovely little group of friends amongst the children she cares for.

Kim is an amazing childminder to our daughter and her husband Richard and her whole family are amazing with her. Her home is lovely and clean and welcoming and my daughter loves going there everyday. They do loads of different activities and go to different places. My daughter has come on so much since being with Kim and her family! She is looked after like on of Kims own children, we couldnt be happier!

Kim is an absolute outstanding childminder. Our daughter absolutely adores Kim and find great comfort going to Kim. She has helped our daughter develop with new skills and learning. Kim interacts with our daughter and has such a close bond. We were very fortunate to find Kim and would highly recommend Kim to anyone looking for childcare.

From the first meeting with Kim I could tell that my daughter Freya would be completely looked after and comfortable in Kim's care. This definitely was the case.
Freya always came home clean and happy and would tell us about what she had been up to in the day. There always seemed to be various activities to do and toys to play with. Freya definitely gained confidence whilst in Kim's care.
Kim is a helpful, flexible, responsible and reliable childminder and I would happily recommend her to look after any child. .

My 2 year old has been with Kim since he was 9 months, his progression and development has been incredible since then, I feel this is due to her attention to detail one on one time and group interaction.
Kim always communicates about his day and regularly takes the children on days out, which he tells me all about. He loves going to Kim's and its so lovely to pick up a happy smiling boy at the end of a long day.

My son has a great time while he is there and she is great with the children. I feel that my son is in safe hands while I am at work. I would highly recommend Kim.
Although Kim doesn't provide food I have put her as a 5 star with food as my son always eats all the food I send him with.
