About Me
I'm a mother of three of three grown up lads.
All of my sons are working .All DBS checked.
I have completed a foundation degree in Early years. ( level five in child care)
Ofsted registered childminder since 2000,with many years of experience , based near to Hersham train station.
I offer a safe/ happy / stimulation environment for children to explore.I have a seperate play room where the children can choose resources which are stored at child's level , with outdoor play too.
I offer before and after school care. I provide breakfast and evening meal and also help the children with their homework.
No smoking setting.
No pets.
All meals are home cooked.

24years experience as a childminder.
Registered with Ofsted since 2000.
Had two OUTSTANDING grades in my Ofsted inspections. (2011 & 2016) but in my last inspection ( 2020) I received a MET grade as I wasn’t caring for children in the early years section.
I’m also worked in a primary school for three years.
My Qualifications
Foundation degree - level 5.
NVQ Level 3.
First aid.
Quality Improvement assurance (QIA)
CRB checked.
Safeguarding.
Food safety in catering.
Food hygiene.
I regularly attend training courses to keep up to date with any changes.
My Availability
I currently drop off &pick up from Burhill primary school.
Holiday cover is available too.

We chose Mary after reading such good reviews online and having her referred from another mum. Any concerns I had about leaving my then-9-month-old baby with her were very quickly dispelled. My son is now almost 2 years old: we've been with Mary for over a year...and we literally couldn't be happier! Mary is amazing, from the days out, to the wonderful home-cooked food, to weaning advice, to her flexibility and her help in ensuring our son develops in the right way. He has come on leaps and bounds since being with Mary, and he absolutely loves her and her three boys. He seems to have adopted them as a second family!! All in all, I couldn't be happier and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mary. We never want to leave!! We are more than happy to chat to any parents thinking about using Mary to tell them in person just how brilliant she is.

I give Mary 5 stars. My daughter has been with her for a while now. At first i was nervous leaving her for the first time. Mary made the whole experience stress free for all of us. She truly is fantastic with my daughter. The care she provides exceeds my level of expectation. Mary always provides a variety of daily activities and my daughter loves going to her house. Mary has helped my daughter with her fussy food issues.Mary took time out to create her exciting menus to help her with her eating. Now my child will eat anything. I have no trouble recommending Mary. I trust her implicitly with my daughter and I am so pleased to have found her. She really is Mary Poppins.

Mary has looked after my child for 2 years now. She is a very warm and experienced childminder with a lovely setting. My child has come on in more ways than I ever imagined possible under her care. She does so many activities with the children in her care and nothing is ever too much trouble! I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking for a childminder who offers a " home from home" service! Mary is an absolute credit to the profession!
