My son has been going to Sarah’s for 8 months and he has thrived there, his speech has come on so much and his understanding of things is so much better. He has made lovely friends who he talks about everyday. Sarah sends us daily photos of what they’ve been up to all day and my son talks about her all the time and can’t wait to go back. We’re now starting school nursery so unfortunately we have to leave sarah but she will always be my number 1 choice for any future children. Thank you for everything Sarah! X

My daughter absolutely loves going to Sarahs childminder she fantastic! In fact my child cried when I collected her as she didn't want to leave!
The facilities are amazing they do such an array of activities. Each one always working on their development. The information provided of their daily activities is always very detailed and pictures which is so nice to see. I am so happy my daughter loves it and I can recommend Sarah highly! It has been so amazing seeing my daughter so excited to attend and has loved every single day.

Writing a review for Sarah is so hard because we don't want to do her a disservice, there's not enough words to express how happy we are with her care. Our little girl is so content and loved - Sarah's family feels like an extension of our own. She has been attending since she was 11 months old and will continue until she goes to school. We actually booked our space with Sarah when I was 10 weeks pregnant because we had read so many amazing reviews!
Sarah is always there to reassure us and give advice and works tirelessly to take in to consideration all of the children's needs and interests. Sarah is a kind and compassionate, gentle child minder who you can ask anything! Sje also has a brilliant sense of humour.
She has gone out of her way to listen and understand what we value as a family and how we parent our daughter and somehow seamlessly alligns this with her own approach to nurturing and developing children.
We are blown away by the wide range of opportunities our daughter has had so far with Sarah. From weekly cookery classes, to dancing and trips to beautiful, scenic places. The children are always busy and spend lots of time enjoying being outside in nature, at local parks and countryparks, looking for wildlife etc. which we absolutely love.
Our daughter is really thriving and achieving so many amazing things- some achievements are years beyond her age development wise.
We recieve daily updates on the babydays app with photos of what they've been up to and any additional info we need to know and Sarah is always quick to respond via WhatsApp too as well as chat at the door at drop off / pick up.
Sarah is literally one of a kind and I am so so relieved that she is our childminder. We dread the day when our daughter has to leave for school becuase we love having her in our lives!

We have been sending my 3 year old daughter to Sarah’s since she was 9 months old and it has been the best decision we ever made. My daughter has turned into such a lovely little girl and that is all down to Sarah and her home environment and the love and care she has for all the children.
Sarah communicates well with the parents and she’s flexible and always on hand to help with any last minute issues or if you need any advice.
My daughter has thrived being at Sarah’s and they regularly attend outside activities throughout the week, ranging from cooking classes to reading at the library.
Sarah goes above and beyond to help the children and the parents and I’m so glad we chose her as our childminder.

Sarah is the best childminder we had, very caring, warm and professional. Sarah provides an excellent learning environment also provides loads of stimulating activities for each child.

We have been using Sarah for over two years now and can honestly say she is incredible! My daughter absolutely adores her and is always excited to go. Everyday our little girl comes home and has learnt something new and it’s so wonderful to see what she gets up to whilst she is there. Sarah treats her like she is one of her own and we couldn’t ask for anything else!

We have been sending our little girl to Sarah for nearly two years now, since she was 4 months old. Cannot recommend her enough! Sarah cares for all of the children she has as if they were one of her own and we love to see what they have all been up to when we collect at the end of the day. Sarah’s communication through her app is amazing so it makes the worry and guilt of being at work all day that little bit easier to know our girl is in such good hands. The bond our little girl has with Sarahs youngest is so so lovely also. We will be very sad when the day comes that we are no longer able to send her.

Don’t really know we’re to start to say how amazing sarah is. The last year she has looked after my son and she has just been great, the things he has learnt and confidence he has he’s now ready for school. She has been through all stages with me and got me threw it!! Motherhood is hard but when I drop my son off and see Sarah in the mornings she makes me feel it’s okay and then reassures me!! My son adores her and the family,
I’ll be very sad the day we have to leave for our next chapter in life with school!! Thankyou so much sarah for all the support and love you give us!! Lost without you!! 😘💜

My little girl was with Sarah for just under 4 months until we unfortunately moved away from the area. If I could have taken Sarah with me I would have!
In such a short time she bonded with my little one making drop offs incredibly easy as it was a challenge with other childminders. She is caring, honest and there was no doubt in my mind I chose the right childminder when I found her. Thank you for everything Sarah.

Words cannot describe how fantastic Sarah is. Off the bat...why are we no longer there after being with Sarah for 1.5 years...the commute from Europe was a bit much for me although Sarah's that good if we could've swung it, we'd still be there! To start Sarah accommodated a few mornings to get acquainted and although (naturally) tearful, were an almost immediate success. Her own LO and mine were the same age so those two had an immediate connection. The things my LO learned with Sarah are still part of her life now and even though LO speaks another language, her english is often still full of simple things that were learnt at Sunbeams like 'pardon me' when she burps.
Sarah is both professional and personal. I felt like she treats all the children like her own and gives them so much of herself. I can't reccomend her enough. She has made a lasting impression on the life of my child and me as a mother. Just go and meet her it's worth it!

Sarah is literally the best childminder ever, we are so lucky to have found Sunbeams and never once have we doubted the decision we made to put our little boy into Sarah's when he turnt 1. He will have been at Sarah's 3 years when he has to leave to go to school and we are heartbroken to be saying bye to our sunbeams family. The love and care shown is better than I could ever imagined a childcare setting could offer our boy. The activities and resources provided are fantastic and Sarah is always making time for each individual child and making sure their needs are met and their learning is extended, buying new equipment, and taking them on outings aswell as setting up inviting and exciting activities within setting and the amazing garden. Everyday, even after nearly 3 years, our little one is still coming home telling us all of the new things he has learnt that day. Communication with Sarah is always brilliant and she is always there for a chat or advice even after work hours going above and beyond for us. If anyone is looking for a childminder we would 1000000% recommend Sarah's Sunbeams, go and have a look around, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Sunbeams, you are the best!

Sarah is such a wonderful person and I am so grateful we found her for my son. My son started with Sarah when he was 1 and had only just started walking, and the interaction and 1 on 1 support that Sarah could give him was second to none. His development is outstanding since being with Sarah. I would pick him up every day so excited to see what new things he had learnt, and without a doubt he’d surprise me with something! Sarah and her daughter have become like family to my little boy and he absolutely adores them and the rest of “the gang”. The messier the better in my eyes and I loved seeing how much fun my son had exploring the outdoors, especially the mud kitchen! Sarah has always kept up with great communication as well as using a brilliant app so I could see what my son had been getting up to throughout the day with pictures and notes etc.
I’m genuinely devastated that my son will be leaving Sarah, we are relocating and I just wish I could pick up Sarah’s sunbeams and take them with us!
Sarah is so professional as well as approachable and friendly. Categorically the best childminder out there and no childminder we find in the future will ever be able to fill those shoes.

Sarah is an absolutely fantastic childminder. Her house and garden are very stimulating for children and she has so many toys for them. She is also an excellent communicator and so approachable. She writes lovely diaries about what the children have done and been like and takes great photos too. I'd definitely recommend Sarah to others and use her whenever I needed to for childcare.

My son started going to Sarah a week ago and I can honestly say Sarah is fantastic. My son loves going there and always has a great time filled with lots of different activities and games. Sarah fills in a daily diary about my son each day which is brilliant. I cannot praise and thank Sarah enough for all that she has done and does for me and my son, as going back to work after 10 years of being a stay at home mum was very hard for me, but knowing that my son is happy in Sarah's care made the transition much easier.

Our son, who is a year and a half , loves his days at Sarah's house! He is always happy to go there and has a nice time. They do lots of nice activities together and he really enjoys being around the other children. Sarah is also really flexible and very willing to help which is great. She also is really good about keeping us up to date every day about what he's been doing and how the day has gone. we feel entirely confident leaving him there, and I would recommend her as a childminder to anyone.

Sarah is very approachable. The way she works ensures that she communicates effectively with both me and my son. she adapts well to the needs of my son and respects my wishes and she uses this to improve her environment and care. She always strives to improve the service she gives.
My son's settling in period worked well for me and my son. She was flexible and kept me informed on how he was settling and she used to this to inform his increase in hours when he was ready.
My son experiences a range of activities with Sarah. She provides activities such as gardening, visiting the pet shop, attending groups, and meeting up with other childminders. She takes him to a variety of play areas such as the riverside hub or wacky warehouse, and her garden has lots of stimulating large play and pretend play equipment. She is knowledgable about my son's interests and will plan her activities accordingly. The effective communication between us enhances her knowledge of my son's interests and stage of development. For example, he started to be interested in puzzles and keys at home so she obtained a puzzle that had locks with it. This is just one small example. She communicates really well and I know everything my son has done that day because she tells me when I collect him. She also uses baby days which gives me further information on, not only what he has been playing with that day, but the times he sleeps, eats and has his nappy changed. She also sends me photos and videos of my son at play.
I love Sarah's approach to behaviour management and this was part of the reason I engaged her services initially. She is able to use a variety of techniques in order to maintain boundaries for my son. Her ability to use positive reinforcement is brilliant. She will use distraction mainly but will also praise him frequently for his good behaviour and his efforts when he is learning. I have seen this in the videos she has sent of my child engaging in an activity.
My son's needs are very effectively met. As stated previously, she communicates well with me and my son but is also able to pick up on what he needs when he is with her. Even though his speech is still developing, she has a really good understanding of his needs.
I know that my son is respected by Sarah and that is reflected in her communications with me and when I see the lovely relationship they have.
I know my son is very happy with Sarah. It has been very hard for me to trust someone to care for my son every day but when she recently moved out of my area, I knew I couldn't lose her for his sake. Now I drive further each day to drop him to her. I would be very upset to lose her. My son loves being in her care.

My daughter Abigail was with Sarah for a number of months where we lived before, and Sarah was great accommodating to our needs. Abigail thoroughly enjoyed herself each week, experiencing new adventures with Sarah and her other minder children. Excellent childminder.

Sarah was my daughters child-minder for the year before she started school- as a single working mum with no extended family living in my area she was my sole form of childcare. Sarah is a great child minder my daughter adored her and I had no worries in leaving my only child in her care. She was 100% reliable, very capable and never let me down. She was flexible and always happy to help out when she could. She had a great relationship with all the children in her care and provided a wide range of activities and outings for them. I have no hesitation what so ever in recommending Sarah as a child-minder.

Sarah is a fantastic childminder, it's easy to see how passionate Sarah is in ensuring the children she looks after are happy, stimulated and well cared for. We enjoy seeing the regular updates and photos that Sarah sends us evidencing that out child is have a great time in her care. I have no problem I.
