About Me
My name is Sara , married with 2 children (29 years and 23 years of age).I have lived in Lower Earley for 29 years not far from Laurel Park. I provide a home from home, warm , friendly atmosphere in which the children in my care can play and learn in a safe secure environment.
I make full use of the resources available in my area including toddler groups, library and local parks.
As a professional childminder I continue to look for opportunities to improve my level of care by attending regular training sessions.

My Experience
I have been a childminder for the last 23 years and prior to this have worked in Early Years Education for many years. In this time I have gained extensive experience in caring for children of all ages and abilities including children with special needs.
My Qualifications
I am NNEB trained (which is now NVQ level 3), in childcare, learning and development.
I hold certificates in paediatric first aid, safeguarding level 1 and food hygiene.
I am CRB checked

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.75 per hour
I charge £5.75 per hour including all food and drink ( meals and snacks).
Baby milk and baby food would need to be provided by the parent.
In addition I provide trips to local toddler groups which are also included in the cost.

Our daughter started with Sara when she was 10 months old and I was returning to work after my mat leave. This was understandably quite a fraught time for our family so it was great to have Sara as a caring and honest person in our lives. She is clearly very experienced with looking after children. Our daughter has loved the activities Sara provides and playing with the other children. Sara is friends with other childminders which has enabled our daughter to get to know lots of different children. We have also really appreciated Sara's flexibility on the odd occasion when we have needed to extend our daughter's hours due to work commitments. The only reason we are moving on from Sara as our childminder is because we are moving to Southampton. Sara, thank you for looking after Ivy so well!
