Fantastic!!

My daughter has attend little leaps for nearly a month now and she absolutely loves it. The setting is amazing with so much for the little ones to do. My daughter comes home always so excited and tired after her busy day. Louise is so professional and friendly it eased any fears we had about our daughter settling in. We have a great relationship with Louise and we are updated on daughters progress every day. I would highly recommend little leaps to any parents

louise and her staff are absolutely amazing with my daughter. my daughter has multiple disabilities and louise took the time to understand and learn all about how my daughter 'works' what works for her what doesn't her triggers and she does everything in her power to make sure my daughter is well cared for and she explains everything that my daughter has done every day. her setting is clean, tidy, and sensory orientated so that my daughter can enjoy her time and relax and participate in all aspects of learning within Louise's setting. its was very difficult to find a childminder for my daughter because her disabilities seem to make people either make the cost higher or does not have sufficient understanding or space or setting for my daughter. 100% recommend little leaps and will continue to use little leaps.

Great

My two children really love coming in the morning and are so excited to come out at the crack of dawn. Would recommend to anyone who's had bad experiences with other childminders as they was lovely enough to take on the kids at really short notice and was willing to meet and get to know us a bit before hand. Thank you girls. Friendly girls that all the kids adore and since being in there care in the morning have been really well behaved.

Theo's mummy

Louise has only been looking after my son theo is is just four months old for the past 2 weeks but already he has settled in so well...so much so that he behaves better there than with his mummy!! Theo was 8 weeks premature so I've been ever so protective of him!! I literally had a heart attack at the thought of ever leaving him with anyone but after speaking with Louise over a couple of weeks and our first meeting i didn't even question that's exactly where I wanted him to be! She regularly updates me throughout the week of his progress and I just feel so at ease. I also work awkward shift patterns that change constantly and Louise never fails to work around those times to meet my needs. Her home setting is lovely warm and cosy and child friendly, it feels like home from home! I highly recommend using her as a childminder and we will definitely be using her for the near and distant future.

Outstanding Childminder

Louise has been looking after my son, Henry, since I returned to work back in February 2014. Henry was 8 months old at the time. I had reserved a place for Henry when he was as young as 4 months old and Louise was happy to meet us both at that time. He was even offered free settling in sessions prior to my return to work so that the change would not be too much of a shock for him.

Henry is 1 year old now and he absolutely loves going to see Louise. As we approach her doorstep he knows exactly where we are and his arms are ready outstretched for her before she has even opened the door; he is full of smiles. Her assistant, Emma, is also amazing and Henry couldn't be happier being left with them. I know he adores them but, even better, they adore him too and they always notice his absence. He's a big part of them now.

My husband and I work awkward hours yet Louise is unbelievably flexiable and always does her best to accommodate our needs (and we can be a complete pain!). She even does the occasional pick-up or drop-off if necessary.

I couldn't be happier and I know I've found someone special and one of a kind! I would highly recommend Louise to anyone who is looking for a childminder. She really aims to please and Henry is thriving in her care. She is presently assisting me in aiding Henry with his walking skills and he is making excellent progress.

Very importantly, Louise listens to my wants and feelings. Henry is given homemade, healthy food which is important to me and she understands that I do not want him having juice, sweets, chocolates, etc. She still follows his daily routine which I gave her and she communicates with me daily to let me know how Henry is getting on. I even get the odd photo or video which puts a smile on my face whilst I am at work. She always puts Henry first and will occasionally treat him to days out which I know he thoroughly enjoys. She is more than a childminder - she is a friend too.

I couldn't ask for better and just want to say a big thank you! xx

Thanks for having my boy!!

Louise has been looking after my 1 year old Son since the beginning of July. It was the first time my Son had been around other children and looked after by another, and although anxious as it is for a parent to leave their child/children whilst they work, it is a common necessity and Louise made me feel like I was a friend immediately and my Son took to Louise and family instantly!

Every time I pick him up he is not only full up, clean, kept warm on cool days and cool on warm days, he is a smiling, happy child who I have no worries about whilst he is in Louise's care. He adores the children, has fun, and I see he is also adored by the family.

Thank you Louise, for not only looking after Coby, but for accepting him as your own when he's with you!!

I would Recommend Louise to anyone who is looking for a Childminder! Wonderful.
