About Me

I am a loving, reliable and flexible Ofsted registered childminder who was awarded 'good' at my last inspection (January 2024) with a genuine admiration for children and their development. We own a spacious home with dedicated children's play areas and enclosed and very child friendly garden.
I am a happy, patient and calm person who takes child care, early years learning & development seriously and enjoy teaching and spending time with little ones. Learning through play and having fun is practiced daily and in line with the child's interests along with lots of cuddles. Supporting parents and helping making life easier for families relying on childcare is very important to me.
I live with my husband Tim and three of our 4 children (2 at secondary school, one working), a very loving Cocker Spaniel and cat in a quiet cul-de-sac in Hazlemere.
Exercise and healthy living is practiced and promoted.
We like to visit local toddler groups and other areas of stimulation and interest.
Child Care education of great interest and on-going and I have completed a Level 3 Diploma in Home based Childcare as well as completing many other courses. I am 9mth, 2yo, 3-4 yo funding approved and accept childcare vouchers.
Drop off/Collection - local pre-school groups. Hazlemere CE school. I choose to walk whenever possible.
