I'm a registered childminder living in Peterhead.
CURRENT VACANCIES - before and school Monday to Friday, Meethill and Clerkhill Schools
I live in a house with a large dedicated playroom and have a great garden for children with patio area, grass and chipped bark areas, with swings, see-saws, club house with slide and various ride on toys. The children particularly enjoy the mud kitchen and the water wall!
We spend a most of time out of doors mostly at the Brave Woodland, but also my garden, RSPB Stathbeg, local beaches and parks.
I have a cocker spaniel who is child friendly but has her own area of the house.
My Experience
I have been childminding for 10 years, I enjoy being with children and am an adopted aunty to many children as well as having 2 nephews and a niece. I have always seem to have a house full of children. My work experience has been in training adults but have always wanted to work with children.
My Qualifications
I am registered with Care Inspectorate (SCSWIS) to care for 8 children. I have attended the SCMA Induction training for Childminders and hold a food hygiene certificate. I have also attended first aid training.
I am always attending new courses and learning more about educating young children.
I was rated '6' Excellent at my last inspection from the Care Inspectorate
My Availability
Before school spaces at Meethill School and Clerkhill School
My normal hours are from 8:00 am to 5pm Monday to Friday. I may start earlier if required, an increased fee will be charged.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.50 per hour
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
My fees include snacks and trips to groups and soft play. I can also provide waterproof clothing if required.
Fees start at £5.50 per hour for full time under 5's. Term time only and before and after school are charged at a higher rate. I have a minimum daily fee.
