Ofsted registered experienced childminder’s providing childcare and learning in a homely setting based in the centre of Swindon, where children are nurtured and encouraged to learn through play with lots of fun activities for little one’s.
My Experience
I have been a registered childminder in the Centre of Swindon since 1992 and love my job. I started childminding as I could not find the care I wanted for for own son - so I offered what I wanted to other people.
Each day the children can participate in art and craft and creative development, we have dance, exercise, storytime, circle time, out of the box time and also go for a walk. We visit the library, play area, feed the ducks in Queens Park, visit the museum in Old Town, and go to local play parks.
The children take their work home each day along with a daily diary - which lists all the things the children have achieved that day along with details of sleep/toilet time and what food they have eaten - so you can be a part of their day too.
My Qualifications
I have completetd the registration course and over the years completed many courses such as:
Play for children
Risk assessment
Health walking
Health and Safety
EYFS training
Keeping children safe
First aid
My Availability
Monday - Thursday 7.30 am - 5pm
