About Me
I am a registered childminder living in Ludgershall with a BA Degree with Honours in early years. I have been awarded outstanding grading's twice. I provide a caring and loving environment for children to learn and develop. I live with my three children. I am a car driver with a clean driving licence. I am a member of childcare.co.uk and have insurance. I have a nice garden for children to play in as well as a lovely toy room. I do the school for Wellington Lions in Tidworth currently, but can do other schools.
My Experience
I have been a childminder since 2003, Whilst being a childminder I have undertaken regular training to keep my skills up-to-date. My biggest achievement being gaining my degree with honours. I have had a lot of experience with children with special needs, including autism. I promote sign language in the setting. I have developed my setting around the children's needs and activities I plan for the children are based on their interests.
Since leaving collage in 1997, I have worked in nurseries in different sections caring for children aged 0-5 years. Then became a childminder in 2003. I provide a safe, loving and stimulating environment for children of all ages. Children participate with lots of fun and exciting activities.
I am a Brownie leader and have been doing this for over 25 years, my role includes running the unit, planning activities with the girls and doing pack holidays. I have taken the girls away on pack holidays to various places.
My Qualifications
BA degree in early years with honours
NNEB / DNN- Diploma in Nursery Nursing
ICP - Introduction to childminding practice
First Aid
Ongoing courses which I undertake ie safegurding
Last OFSTED inspection - Good

My Fees

I charge £5.00 per hour, with a reduction for siblings.
