There isn’t enough words to praise this nursery, my daughter has been attending mini Bugz since September 2024, my daughter has always struggled with leaving me and this was a huge concern for me. The staff supported me so much through this phase and now she goes in no problem! They’ve worked so hard to achieve this, she has come on socially and academically so much. They keep my updated on how she’s getting on and what activities she enjoys taking part in. All the staff are absolutely brilliant and they adore all of the children. It really shows! It’s not just a nursery, it’s a home from home and one big family. The support and care is second to none!

My daughters always hated leaving me and ever since both of them started at mini bugz they absolutely love going to nursery, all the people are so lovely and they adore them all, they are so much more confident in themselves now as before they was very shy, I’d recommend this nursery to anyone, by far the best place to send your children

My daughter has been going here just short of a year and absolutely loves it, she gets excited when I tell her she’s of to ‘school’ she has come on in leaps and bounds while she been attending here, I look forward to the photo on tapestry of what’s she’s done that day, they have great communication & it fun place for children.. 10/10 ⭐️

My daughter has not long started and I was very nervous as she’s very shy and hasn’t really spent any time away from me , the staff have made it so easy and my little girl has adapted in very well the staff are lovely people and really make me at ease I love to see the photos of what she gets up to on tapestry it’s been a great choice sending her here

My daughter has been coming here since she was about 9 months, I was dreading returning back to work but the guys at Mini Bugz made it so much more bearable cause I knew my little girl was been well looked after. She has come on amazing since attending mini bugz. Her development skills amaze me and half of it is down the amazing work the staff do. Wouldn’t choose anywhere else in Goole for childcare!

Minibugz have taken care of both my boys, both from around 9 months old. They have been brilliant all the way through, both my children have come on socially and academically whilst attending Minibugz. The meals the nursery provide are so varied and such good options for all the children, my son doesn't eat in mass amounts, somedays hardly eats anything! but whilst at nursery he enjoys a full, cooked meal! The staff are fantastic, kind and caring - sometimes, times haven't been easy for my youngest child but they have helped massively both in setting and out of setting, they have helped with my older child whilst I have done hospital stays with my youngest - we cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for us as a family. They are an outstanding nursery and it is great for our children to be a part of! We have been so lucky, thank you all so much.

My two sons have been going here a few months and it's amazing! My 1 year old has come on a lot since starting and my 3 year old asks everyday if he's going to "school" couldn't have picked a better place for my children! Thank you x

My little boys been going for 3 months now, they’ve met all his needs, and helped with how anxious he’s been. His confidence has thrived since joining too, amazing team, so understanding, compassionate and so person centred around each child.
He enjoyed a a homemade meal every day he’s there too, can not fault!
Beautiful setting, so clean and amazing outdoor area too.

Our rainbow boy has settled in so well!

Joanne, Faye, Abbie and all the staff are so brilliant with him! He gets excited every time he sees them at the gate!
Wouldn’t leave him with anyone else they care for him like their own

My little boy has been going since he was 9 months old and he is now 3. As a first time mum and him starting during lock down I was very nervous. I didn’t need to be. The team at MiniBugz made me feel at ease straight away. The pictures on tapestry are wonderful and reassuring especially in the early days to see him having fun. I couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t have him anywhere else.

My son started here when he was 3,he is now 7 and comes back here in the holidays and loves every minute,it's like going home to him! All the staff welcome my son back with open arms,every member off staff at mini bugz are fantastic and would highly recommend this nursery to anyone! I wouldn't take him anywhere else

What can I say about this little gem of a place apart from it’s like leaving your child with family. My little girl is our rainbow 🌈 child I was so scared to leave her somewhere when returning to work. But I shouldnt have been. Jojo and Faye are the best my little girl grown to love them that much invited them to have party and guess what they came. She’s come on leaps and bounds with eating and communication, am so sad she going to big school but know she’s school ready thanks to the guys at this place xx

My little girl has just started here recently and I can already not recommend them enough! They have been amazingly accommodating for our needs around childcare. They have been more than happy to answer any questions as I was super nervous to put my little girl back into nursery but they have really made us both feel at ease, my little girl is so happy to come to nursery and already has a great relationship with the staff, they really are amazing! She always has good meals too which is fantastic, the online tapestry is lovely as I can see what she’s being doing and I can also keep nursery updated on milestones my girl achieves at home too. Cannot recommend these enough staff are so lovely, the setting is amazing also with plenty of space and activities for the children!

My little boy started at this nursery one week after his first birthday, as a mum it was a worry leaving my little boy for the first few times and I rang multiple times a day and the ladies was fantastic and always happy to speak to me and reassure me, told me to call back whenever I needed to.
The nursery has an app which is updated with pictures throughout the day to show parents what there children have been getting upto and also bring home a book which includes meals, snacks, naps and activity’s throughout the day. It’s a really lovely app and parents can upload photos for there children hitting milestones, birthdays and days out.
Meals and snacks for the day very cheap and I’ve had no issue of having to send pack up with my little boy, as he really enjoys the food served here.
Amazing bunch of ladies, always so welcoming and very friendly, couldn’t recommend this nursery enough.

My daughter has been at this nursery since the week after her 1st birthday, she's now just over 3. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough.
The staff are absolutely fantastic! Extremely accommodating and if nursery days need swapping around for work etc they will try everything they can to help. They are a fantastic bunch of ladies and are brilliant with my daughter.
The confidence, manners and skills my daughter has taken away from nursery is just amazing. She now goes to nursery 3 days a week and seeing her develop and what they do at nursery is just brilliant. She's always so excited to tell me about her day. For example one of the most important skills is brushing teeth and they really promote this at nursery. Also, road safety which is another critical thing to teach young ones.
Most importantly, my daughter is extremely happy here. She has is developing in to such a smart, happy little girl and alot of that is to do with this nursery.
As parents we are obviously over the moon with her development and can't thank nursery enough for how they help us and our daughter. I would highly recommend this nursery to anybody.

Amazing nursery and the staff are fantastic. My little boy runs in every morning so excited and comes out happy and smiling. He has come on so much since starting…all the staff are always happy to help and support and I personally can’t thank them enough 🥰 so supportive. My boy loves all the staff like his own. We wouldn’t have him anywhere else.

My daughter goes to this nursery 2 days a week and she loves it. The staff are great & they make great use of Tapestry allowing me to see what she has been up to. They also post all of there learning topics online which is great so we know what we are focusing on.
Her brother also went to this nursery up until he left to go to school and he came along so well. He has a great bond with the staff even now when he comes to collect his little sister.

Would recommend mini bugz to any parent! Was very happy with the setting when I looked around. Love the updates I receive while he’s there about his day. Since my son started at mini bugz he has become a bright young boy, he has always got somthing to say about his days there when he comes home and the staff are amazing and really helpful with everything.

As a Granny of a 3year old Grandaughter and previous owner and Manager of a Day Nursery, I wanted my Grandaughter to have the same care and experience that I provided when I ran my nursery. I found this at Mini Bugzs. On our visit we were met by a friendly, well informed member of staff who spent time with us and my Grandaughter to ensure we had all the information we needed to make our choice. During the Covid lock downs and regulations, they have ensured our children were safe and all necessary checks carried out before allowing children into the setting. My Grandaughter still finds it a little upsetting, when we take her but through the photos we receive during her sessions and the smile on her face when we pick her up, we know she has a lovely time.
I would definitely recommend Mini Bugzs to anyone who is looking for a setting for their child/children. They provide cooked lunches too so no need for pack ups.
Jo and Faye have a fantastic setting. Give them a ring and see for yourself.

My son left mini bugz last year to attend school but went back last month through the holidays and he had so much fun as though he had never left! The staff are fantastic with him and know him inside out .he is very much in his comfort zone here at mini bugz and recommend this nursery to anybody wanting a nursery for there children..hopefully will be back real soon!

My twins went to mini Bugz from the age of 8months right up to the age of 4 I can’t thank them enough for the love and support they gave to Freddy and ivy 100% the best nursery out there the staff are lovely and go above and beyond to help in any way they can to support you and your children Minibugz is the place to be 😊 the setting is clean and tidy the food is amazing Freddy and ivy tell me that all the time we love Kelly’s cooking and very good communication reports of the day all passed over when collecting regular updates on the WhatsApp group and email I am gutted my kids have left to go to big school wish they could have stayed there forever 😊 thank you Minibugz

My 4 year old son started on the Mini Bugz 3 years ago, he was a shy baby who had only lived with his parents and has Portuguese as his mother tongue, he became a confident, sociable, affectionate and responsible child. He's now going to primary school and we don't have enough words to thank you for everything Mini Bugz done for our son who is now a grown boy with all the tools to be successful. I highly recommend it.

All the staff go above and beyond for all the children. All of my children have used mini bugz since they was 18months old roughly and they’ve all come on so much with thanks to all the staff here. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and amazing with the children. My children just run in and absolutely love it here!

My 3 year old girl joined Mini Bugz in April, the first time she’s been in any childcare setting. Due to coronavirus she was unable to have any settling in sessions, so she was thrown straight in for a full day - she skipped off down the path and has continued to do so every day so far. She absolutely loves it! All the staff have been so warm and welcoming to both of us, they keep me informed of things my little girls been doing via a daily observation book and I can see her progress via a private and secure online portal. In the month she’s been going she’s already learnt to use the toilet completely by herself, and eats all her lunch (including vegetables!) Shes made lots of friends and she often talks about the staff members at home. The setting itself is lovely and private with a fantastic outdoor area too. I love the fact that the older kids are in a separate room from the babies and tots, but still close by. Nothing but praise for the place and the staff!

My little girl started this nursery around 3 months ago, I decided to send her to nursery because of lockdown and not been able to socialise with other children (Only child).
Isla started around her 1st birthday and I was nervous at the thought of her going but the nursery were so reassuring & kind with all of my questions etc.
I think this nursery is absolutely fantastic! Isla is so happy there, I log on to tapestry to see updates on how she is doing and she also has a little journal so I get to read that too.
Whenever I've asked questions on her development (saying words, walking etc) the staff have been amazing with feedback but also with the encouragement they give her.
I'm absolutely over the moon with Mini Bugs and can't recommend them enough. The price is very reasonable and the flexibility too.
The most important thing is that Isla is happy & she definitely is here.
Looking around nurseries you need that warm feeling that you know your child will be happy, safe & well looked after. That is Mini Bugz. Thank you :)

My 2 years old daughter started Mini Bugz Nursery 4 months ago and I was very concerned of the way she would get used to it cause I wasn't allowed to go with her inside due to pandemic. Plus, we are foreigners and we didn't really talk to her in English at home, but she settled in so well. Staff is very professional, friendly, communicative and always happy to spend an extra minute to give us some details about how her day was. In addition to that the child notebook is daily filled in so I can read at home how her day was and see on Tapestry application pictures and videos which gives me the confidence that she loves that place. Choosing Mini Bugz was the best thing I could do for my daughter as I can see makes progress from a week to another.

My friend recommended mini bugz and as a first time mum I was scared of sending my daughter there would she like it? Would she miss me? Would she make friends? Well honestly can say it’s best thing I have done she loves it there, as soon as she’s at that gate it’s bye and walks off smiling. That to me proves how settled the ladies have made her feel. I like the tapestry where you can see what been up to makes me still feel close to her while at work. If your needing a friendly, clean place and , your child to learn and have fun. My 10 month old boy has been going now for 6 weeks and I love seeing the photos of him enjoying himself. The communication is excellent and would recommend the nursery. As a first time mum and sending him to nursery young they have been really supportive and the tapestry app is such a reassurance to me during the day seeing he is happy.

I 100% recommend mini-bugz. The staff who work there are friendly and welcoming. They always take the time to discuss how your child has been throughout the day, and they always take the time to upload updates of what my son has been up-to on tapestry. Further to this my son absolutely loves going to mini-bugz, and is always happy in the morning when we arrive.

My little boy first started this nursery part time in September 2019 whilst I worked part time. I was really nervous as to how well he would fit in as the only person that had cared for him throughout the day for the first 2 years was me. But he settled in so well. September last year he started full time, he comes home and tells me who his friends are, and includes the teachers in that list which is lovely that he gets on with them so well. The staff are super understanding, friendly, and i can't rate this nursery enough. My child definitely loves coming here and he's blossomed since he has. Thank you to all the staff at minibugz and well done for your hard work through covid19 🙏

All the staff are so friendly both kids settled in are welcomed everytime they go both my daughter and son went and go here and would always recommend home cooked meals and been able to see there progress on tapestry, they have a fantastic outside and indoor space and always planning and doing different activities with the children and they are especially safe during covid having there bubbles and hygiene and keeping the children and staff/parents safe

My son started at Mini Bugz when he was 9 months old. I cannot praise all the staff at Mini Bugz enough. They are as flexible as they can be with days/hours/routines if needed and their care has been brilliant towards my son - who has never been the best sleeper and is now a strong willed toddler! My son is so happy to attend and always comes out to me at the end of the day with a huge smile on his face. They take time to talk to you as a parent at drop off and pick up and they are open to discuss different routines/methods/advice if you as a parent need it which is much appreciated. It is great to see all the activities he has been doing through photos and observations on a online format, with some art etc being sent home as keepsakes. Any changes are always communicated in person or via electronic means.
My son has always enjoyed eating their cooked on site meals.
Mini Bugz has a "home from home" feel about it whilst still being professional.

My daughter joined Minibugz at 11weeks old, and has attended full time,part time and after school over the years, she still attends during holidays from school now she is nearly 7years old. I cannot recommend this team enough, my daughter has hit every milestone with the help of these girls, she is happy , thriving and comfortable at Minibugz. I am Extremely pleased with way In which the staff have handled the pandemic and ensured continuity for the children, 10/10 from me .

My little boy started here when he was 1 year old, id started him at another nursery which he just wouldn’t settle at, so I looked into places around the area and I knew just from looking around the first time this was the one! The staff were so welcoming, they offered settling in sessions and my little boy was so comfortable from the start he never cried when I left once in regards to the previous nursery, the care here for children is outstanding they put all there needs first, my son used to be quiet and now he’s more confident than he’s ever been they’ve really brought him out of his shell and helped him grow to the outgoing enthusiastic young man he is now all set for big school and they’ve kept me informed with his learning journey all the way! His last day was today for him to start primary school in September so he has been at the nursery for 3 years and he’s loved every step and is really comfortable around all the staff! I can’t thank them and recommend them enough, amazing nursery!

My son, who is 17 months is due to start nursery for the first time come September. It wasn’t a hard choice for us choosing mini bugs as I have heard so many good things about the nursery and it’s wonderful staff! I called Jo to enquire about half days originally, however due to the COVID-19 it wasn’t a possibility at the present time. Jo explained the reason for this was that they are complying with current guidelines ensuing coronavirus bubbles are adhered to. We decided that our son would start doing one full day a week. Jo invited us to have a look round the nursery this week, we booked a time and was told that It would just be us and a member of staff to reduce any risks regarding the COVID-19. We turned up for our time slot and was warmly greeted by Laura who showed us into the outside play area. The play areas were split into sections with a selection of toys in each area. Laura explained that each group of children, depending on time’s and ages will have their own play areas during the current pandemic. This set my mind at ease knowing the staff are doing all what they can to ensure cross contamination between different groups is being kept to a minimum. Laura then showed us inside and explained that in usual circumstances the children spend time together in the main room, but due to current circumstances each group of children will be allocated their own play room along with their member of staff. My sons room will be the sensory room and from our look round I know he will love it. I will say that Jo, Laura and all the members of staff at mini bugs are doing the absolute most that is possible to ensure not only a safe environment for our children but also a environment that enables them to learn and develop. I know my little one will run in to play on his first day and my mind is at ease knowing they have put substantial measures in place to keep child and parents safe and happy!

My little boy joined the setting last year around October time for settling in days. And from the first day he arrived the staff team made my little boy feel welcome and also made me feel at ease with it been my first time taking him to any nursery setting and been away from myself. The nursery and staff team are amazing at what they do, it really feels like home from home and I couldn’t recommend mini Bugz enough, I have no worries whilst I’m at work and my little boy is there. He comes away smiling all the time and most days he doesn’t want to leave he enjoys it that much. If your looking for the perfect settling for your little ones then mini Bugz is your answer, your child will have the best start to early education and will come away smiling at the end of the day.

Both my children go to Mini Bugz, daughter gets dropped off at school in the morning which is a really good service if your needing to go to work and unable to take your child to school.
My son, has developed so much since being at Mini Bugz, his speech has come on so much and most importantly he enjoys going, he looks forward to going.
The ladies are so helpful and lovely, highly recommend Mini Bugz 😊

My daughter started last year at this nursery she was very shy and would cry everytime we left. I cannot thank the amazing staff enough for all they have done with my daughter in just a year. she has developed so much and is more confident about going to nursery now. she talks a lot more than she did when she first started and is on top of all her development skills. My son started Minibugz in April. Even though he only goes one day a week the staff are always welcoming and caring towards him. Those who work weekly with him have created a lovely relationship with him making sure he's happy and his needs are catered for. They communicate well with me as a parent and make me feel comfortable and unjudged. There is a wonderful relaxed feel to MiniBugz.
My son is thoroughly enjoying his time at Minibugz and I can see him developing brilliantly.

My eldest started first followed by my second and they’ve both come on so much. They can’t wait to go every morning they really do love it here.

Both of my daughters have attended Minibugz. The eldest from age 2 until she started full time school and the youngest from 10months old and it will be her last day this week as she starts full time school in September. They have both absolutely loved their time there. Jo, Faye and the rest of the staff have been fantastic with them. My youngest daughter will really miss going, as will my eldest who likes to go back to see everyone. I would highly recommend Minjbugz to anyone looking for childcare.

My 2 children started Minibugz a couple of years ago when I went back to work., they both settled in very quickly and love going. The staff are all very friendly and the kids love them and are comfortable around them. I would highly recommend Minibugz for anyone that is looking for childcare.

Mini Bugz has helped my daughter develop along with other children. She was premature and thanks to Mini Bugz dedication she is currently on track for all her developments. The staff are all kind and considerate and are always happy to help if there is any issues.

My little girl first started her time at Mini Bugz when she was 8 months old. At this point she and I had never really spent much time apart from each other. The settling in days were so important for both Amelia and I, and not only did the amazing staff make sure Amelia was calm and settled, they also made such a lovely effort to ask if I was ok!
Since then Amelia has seemingly loved her time with the Mini Bugz staff. My first Mother’s Day was made extra special with the crafts and art she had made and she has also recently won star of the week! These little things were such lovely, and thoughtful surprises.
The use of Tapestry is also so amazing as it is constantly updated and it is so lovely for me to see what else she gets up to during the day, and how she is developing. Her feeding skills have also improved as she eats their delicious meals!
The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Communication is fantastic! If she has ever been unsettled I receive text messages that instantly put my mind at rest. The communication book also gives a useful quick run down of the day, and like I have said, the use of Tapestry gives a deeper insight into how she is enjoying her time and developing.
It’s not easy for me being away from Amelia for such long days at work, but I am confident in the knowledge that when she is at Mini Bugz she is happy, extremely well cared for, is having a brilliant time and is developing well from the interaction with other children and the lovely, lovely staff at the nursery.
I cannot speak highly enough of Mini Bugz and sending her here is definitely one of the best decisions I’ve made. Thank you!

I was very nervous about leaving my little girl at first, but the ladies made us feel so relaxed, welcome and took away the fear I had of leaving her for the first time. It was a new experience for us both but my little girl really enjoys going there and I love to see what she has been up to that morning on tapestry - which one of ladies will input on every time she is in. Would highly recommend this nursery as they have helped my little girl come on in her development and she is such a confident little girl now. The setting itself is very bright and open, clean and welcoming, they have different activities/areas set up to keep it stimulating for the children and my little girl loves their dinners! She has two bowls every time. Overall a lovely, happy place :)

Brought My little girl here when she was about 18 months old and she stayed till she was over 3 would of loved for her to stay longer all the staff are brilliant she still talks about them now two months after she’s left and that she misses them and jojo(manager) all great when she was having a sad day and needed help with seperation was never worried as could see what she’s been up to on tapestry and always told me about all the fun she got up to plus home cooked meals and snacks every day what more could you want a happy looked after and fed child will be sending my other child in a few months too wouldn’t look any were else so glad we chose this nursery brought my little girl on loads with all the singing and learning through play she did

My daughter absolutely loves going to mini bugz. She always comes home in a happy, good mood and cannot wait to tell me all about her day and the fun activities she's being doing. The staff are are all very friendly and welcoming and answer any question I may have. Mini bugz is an absolutely amazing place. Me and my daughter highly recommend them.

Both of my children go to Mini Bugz, my 4 year old went for 3 years before school an he now does school drop off and my 11month old daughter started in May 2019.
They both love going and always have they love the staff an we have never had an complaints or issues with Mini Bugz!! They have learnt and guided my son so so much and are now doing the same with my daughter!
Excellent service, I wouldn't use anywhere else.

My daughter started going to mini bugz a few hours a week in June 2017 at 6 months old, shes now nearly 2 and a half and goes 1 and a half days a week.
I knew as soon as I found out I was pregnant that there was nowhere else that i wanted my child to go.
My niece and nephew both went to mini bugz so i knew how structured, routined and how amazing the staff were.
I get regular emails from the team with information on annual closures, what they have planned for the month and any special days such as red nose day or fancy dress.
I also get notifications when her tapestry has been updated, its lovely to see photos and updates on how shes developing.
My daughter always gets a home cooked lunch and a healthy snack.
She receives discipline if she misbehaves and praise when shes been good.
I'm really picky who I leave my daughter with but I know 100% that she is in the safest hands when she is there.
I really cant recommend and praise Jo, Faye and the team enough. The work, commitment and emotional support that they all put in is astounding!
With there help she has blossomed into a caring, helpful and intelligent little girl.
I'll be sad when her mini bugz adventure comes to an end.

A 5* all round! I could not ask for a better place for my daughter to go while I'm at work.
My daughter has been going to Mini Bugz for over a year now. She is asthmatic, has multiple allergies and is at high risk for cross contamination, so putting her Into someone else's care was a big worry for me.
This setting has been amazing! Not one worry for me, all the relevant checks had been carried out to make sure the environment was safe for her to play and eat. I would even walk in to pick up and they'd be walking around with wipes to make sure she was safe.
Since my daughter has been in Mini Bugz she has not suffered one allergic reaction or been poorly for any reason so I can not be more happier with this setting.
Allergies aside Mini Bugz is such a warm welcoming place. My daughter struggle with me leaving her at first and she wouldn't talk or play with other children. They have definitely brought out the best in her shes so happy to go now and I can walk in seeing her socialising and talking which for a mum makes me so proud.
The staff are not only great with the children but amazing with the parents to! When I come to drop off and pick up I'm made to feel welcomed, they all have the time for you, nothing is to much.
Such a beautiful place and staff! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I was apprehensive about sending my clingy 2 year old to nursery, after a few health issues from birth and being a little delayed with speech I knew it would be good for her.
She was extremely upset and unsettled when I left her at first and there were lots of tears but the girls at the nursery dealt with everything amazingly. It wasn't long until she was asking for nursery every day and squealing with excitement when we pulled up to drop her off! Now she runs in without so much as a goodbye!
She has come along in so many ways, her speech is brilliant, she is much more confident and she loves minibugs and all her friends! I love sometimes sneaking a peak as a fly on the wall when she dosent know i am there to pick her up and she is so happy dancing singing and learning with her friends. We will be so sad to leave in July, I only wish she had longer with minibugz!

Upon visiting this nursery whilst looking for childcare there was no doubt I wanted my daughter to attend this setting! One of the best decisions I've made. All staff are friendly, approachable, kind and understanding with a well motivated attitude to provide nothing but the best quality care for the little people in their setting. My daughter has attended this nursery from 9 months old and is 2 now. The progress she had made is amazing. The setting offers a variety of activities that are child centred allowing a variety of experiences creating memorable moments. Along with an inviting environment offering learning opportunities this settings offers a lovely outdoor learning area. The service is faultless. My daughter has become a sociable,confident, polite

My granddaughter has been going here since January. She was 11 weeks prem so is behind on milestones for her age and only having been around adults she really needed nursery stimulation. The girls have been amazing and patient at the settling in process. The communication and hand over after each session is valued,helpful and caring. These girls really look after your child and care for there welfare deeply.
The nursery is always happy and cheerful when you go at drop off or pick up
We have made massive improvements with eating and cups thanks to the baby room
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this facility

My little boy has been going to minibugz since he was 9 months old, he is now 2 and a half. He has become the most caring, helpful and intelligent little boy all from the help of his minibugz ladies. They provide him with great meals and snacks which he loves. Everything is always up to date and I am contacted via email if there are any changes, term dates and holidays. I can not recommend minibugz enough! They are amazing.

Both my children go to minibugz and I have found them to be the best providers in this area, staff are well trained and all have friendly approachable dispositions, always there for advice if needed and always happy to help and go the extra mile. I have two boys at mini Bugz and they have been there since 12 months old. Initially leaving my now three year old I extremely apprehensive, he had lots of medical issues as an infant such as severe allergies to a vast amount of foods and also acid reflux. The team at mini Bugz have been amazing. They got my son into a very good routine and I had no doubts that they would be equally as good with my second son who also had them same medical issues in addition to being extremely clingy! It took 3 months of him crying every time I left to being a confident toddler popping his dummy in his bag and wandering in to meet his nursery mums. I can’t thank the team at mini Bugz enough and I am certain my boys wouldn’t be the caring, loving, funny confident guys they are today without them.

My daughter started here when she was 18 months old and I was so nervous and worried about leaving her. She settled straight in and all the staff re assured me she would be fine and they would let me know if she wasn’t. She absolutely loves going, she has come on in leaps and bounds. All the staff are so lovely and you can see they genuinely love their jobs and care for the children they look after. The food is all home cooked and they have snacks throughout the day and this is also reasonably priced. I highly recommend Minibugz to everyone who is looking for a childcare provider

I was extremely anxious when my 3 year old started nursery. She was extremely clingy and often held on to my legs as I tried to leave. The team here at mini bugz were fantastic and really helped assuring me she was fine once I’d gone. Her anxiety’s didn’t last long as she settled into her new routine and now mini bugz is like a home from home. She loves to sit with Jo and have her lunch. They offer a school pick up and it has been the best thing for me knowing my daughter is in the best hands and safe wouldn’t choose any where else. All the staff are great and they really are like a big family my daughter loves them all and we’ll be sad when she starts full time school. Lovely setting lots of facilities lovely outdoor area secure gates, Parking is easy. Happy child happy mum

My little girl has attended mini bugz for 2+ years now and she loves everyone at Mini Bugz. I have never had any concerns of leaving her there as they are always really reassuring , caring and loving. Mini bugz is clean , has modern facilities and my child loves there Home made food. There prices are very reasonable and you get more for you money. Mini bugz have helped and guided me with any other worries I have with my child at home. As a new mum to a 6 month old at the time I was naturally worried about leaving him. Needless to say from the first walk round it was clear this was the place for us! Mini Bugz has a very loving and caring atmosphere with great modern facilities. My son is always happy to see everyone and I get wonderful updates on Tapestry. Its good to know he's in safe hands and learning everyday he's there, as well as getting lots of cuddles of course.

All of the mini bugz team have always been fantastic with regusrds to caring for my children ! Both my son and daughter have attended mini bugz from been a young age and both of them came on leaps and bounds with walking, talking, interacting with other children etc . My child has been attending Mini Bugz once a week for just under a year now and I couldn't be happier. As a parent of a child with extra needs and disabilities I was weary about putting her into a childcare setting but did it to try and help her build social skills and to meet her milestones. Mini Bugz have gone above and beyond to make this happen and my daughter has come on leaps and bounds in the short time she has been attending. The staff are professional and always include me and have discussions with me to ensure my daughter is getting what she needs and is being encouraged in the best possible way and always listen to my concerns/questions should I have any. My little boy has been going to Minibugz now for just over 2 months. He absolutely loves it. He’s come on loads. His speech, his understanding, his skills and he is listening more. He’s really interactive and has built relationships with all the staff. He knows when we go down the street that he’s off to see jo jo and Jodie I’m so pleased I chose this place for my little lamb. My daughter started at Minibugz at 10 months old. She had to be in full time hours as we had to work full time. I was as any parent is anxious about leaving my daughter with strangers for so many hours each day but I didn't need to worry. She settled in perfectly, all the staff were brilliant. In fact I remember one saying "I know her aswell as my own and know if she is ill" this is how well cared for my daughter was. In fact she has not long ago had her last full day at Minibugz before starting school and she could not have been prepared any better for her next step. The Minibugz team are fantastic and we honestly couldn't have chosen anywhere better for our daughter to have fun, learn educationally, learn life skills and enjoy been around the staff. I can't recommend these guys enough!

My daughter started at Minibugz a couple of months ago after they were very highly recommended by everyone I spoke to. She has settled in fantastically, and loves going - she even asks to go on weekends! The staff are kind, friendly and very caring. My daughter has come on so much with her speaking and social skills, and knows to use her manners to ask for things. They use a programme called 'Tapestry' to keep parents/carers up to date with everything they do while at nursery which is fantastic, and also show what they are learning while they are there - not that the kids realise they are learning while having so much fun! Can not recommend them enough myself now!!

My son has just finish at mini bugz (going to big boy school) but has been there for the last year And this is by far the best nursery, all the staff are very loving, kind and welcoming, I trust them 100% with my boy, they are always doing lots of crafts and activities, he has come on so much since going and couldn't ask for better people to teach and look after him.

My son has been going to mini Bugz since he was roughly 6 months of age. He absolutely loves going here and my and my husband has seen such a progression with him. He has come on leaps and bounds and always seems happy when we leave him and pick him up. He's made lots of new friends here and whenever I pick him up he's always doing some activity/playing/story time or dancing and singing. I find that mini Bugz has a very friendly, polite and professional team and I couldn't be any happier leaving my son in their care. I have currently just started sending my 6 month old daughter to mini Bugz and will continue to send her here until school age! The team have been truly supportive throughout health issues through pregnancy and afterwards and gone beyond what they needed to do to help. Could not recommend mini Bugz enough

My children have been going to Mini-Bugz now for over two years. My eldest uses the after school service and my little one (2yrs) attends three days a week. I am really happy with the nursery and the kind caring staff who are very honest and open which really sets my mind at rest. My little one always does lots of activities throughout the day and is kept occupied with a lot of opportunity for arts and crafts! I really like the menu of food which provides lots of home cooked meals and fruit snacks. Would highly recommend this nursery x

Hi, my granddaughter has been with this organisation since her mummy returned to work after maternity leave. She is now 4 years old and approaching her final few weeks with minibugz as she will be attending full time school. I have nothing but praise for Jo, Faye, Laura and all the other childminders. They have created a loving homely environment for the children where they learn as they play. Children are in a safe environment and are given very nutritious meals and healthy snacks during the day. I know she will miss them all greatly.
A fantastic organisation which I would highly recommend.

My 21month old son has been attending Minibugz since June 2015. He goes full time and he loves it. He has made great bonds with all staff and often talks about them at home. All member of staff are very friendly, caring and professional and very flexible . They always keep me well inform of how my child has been throughout the day and offer advice and help if I'm having problems with him eg sleeping. tantrums etc and never hesitate to call me if my child is unwell or had an accident. At Minibugz they stick to a very good routine with sleep, meal times etc offering home cooked food and snacks throughout the day and clear boundaries for the children which is very important. Minibugz is very clean and organized well planned out. with a mix of amazing toys and activities for the children to access which are age appropriate and a great garden area which my son enjoys very much. I would highly recommend Minibugz and look forward to my son attending till school age.

My 4 children come here after school and in the holidays. I find mini bugz helpful and flexible with the hours I need to fit around my course. My youngest child that attends has ADHD and is managed fantastically by the staff. They even attend his meetings with the school to give their input. I couldn't ask for anymore. The place is clean and there is plenty for kids of all ages to do. Meals cooked there are decent home cooked food. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I first needed mini bugz for after school club for my 5yr old, he has always struggled with being left, but after two sessions he was happy and settled which was a huge relief. I really like the honesty mini bugz has with parents which really puts ur mind at rest, really feels caring and homely. All the staff are very approachable and great with the children, so when I needed childcare for my youngest (10 months) I had no doubt where he would be going. He has also settled in really well and is happy at mini-bugz, which makes leaving him a lot easier

My 29 month old son has been attending mini bugz since January. We are very happy with the care he received while at the nursery.... And my son loves going!
Jo, Faye and all the girls are caring, happy, and informative. They treat every child as an individual and cater for these needs with enthusiasm and pride! They have helped with potty training, healthy eating, the terrible 2's and much much more.
My son comes home after every visit with stories of adventure, songs and more.... But he soon falls asleep, which is a sure sign that he's had lots of fun.
MiniBugz also has an online learning journal for parents to access, which is updated very regularly by staff. It contains my sons mile stones, learning experiences, stories, photographs and much more. As parents We feel that we are fullyinvolved with his nursery life, even though we are not there.
It's a lovely feeling when you know your most prized possession is well cared for. We are now going to put our newborn daughter on the waiting list so she can also have this great pre school experience.

My son is 29 months old and started with Mini Bugz in January 2015. He was born at 34 weeks and has a delay in his development which is why I started looking into childcare. Choosing Mini Bugz was an easy decision for me as I have always known Faye and Jo. The trust was already there and I knew my son would be well looked after. Since attending Mini Bugz he has progressed so much already. The work we do with him at home is continued at Mini Bugz, which is absolutely amazing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and do everything they can to meet each child's individual needs. My son has settled in so well that he even waves goodbye now when I leave him. My little girl has been attending mini bugz for 5 months now and I would highly recommend this childcare setting to anybody. They are very flexible offering hourly rates and term time only contracts which is perfect for my requirements. Despite my daughter only attending one day a week she has soon settled and the staff have built up an excellent rapport with her. Faye, Jo and the team are very friendly and professional in their work. I believe my daughter's development has been accelerated since attending mini bugz. They use an online learning journey log- tapestry-which is brilliant as parents can view their child's activities and development logs securely online. I chose mini bugz as it was recommended to me by other parents and I'm so glad I did!

My child was with Mini bugz for a year up until starting Nursery in September.The service received was excellent in all areas. The staff are all very friendly and caring to each child for its own personal needs, they become part of your family . My child entered Mini bugz at the age of 2 at a very difficult stage in her life where her behaviour was very tiring and stressful. The minute I walked into Mini bugz I new that this was the best place for my child the correct questions were asked about my child's own personal needs and discussed concerns over behaviour. They reassured me that rules applied and were met with every child. This really helped as the support was there for myself also when I felt my child was the boss not myself ! I cannot thank mini bugs enough as I now have a very happy little girl who knows rules are in place and we deal with situations accordingly. A meal in a restaurant is now a breeze !!!!! When asked why I chose minibugz for my little boy my reply was always
'Ive known Jo and Faye all my life! So the trust factor is already there'
I was a very nervous mum about leaving my little boy and very routined so found it hard letting any one else look after him!
But now after 18 months of attending Minibugz my answer would be...
'The service they provide is by far the best, always there to give advice and help out in any way, they take the time to get to know each child's routine and personality so it's so nice that MiniBugz provide a service on such a personal level! My little boy absolutely loves going and only attending twice a week he sure makes himself at home, and even asks to go on a weekend which to me shows he loves going, happy baby happy mummy :)

My daughter is 22 months old and has been going to minibugz since she was 9 months old. I was very nervous about sending her to anywhere but it has definitely been the best decision I have made. The team at minibugz are fantastic and she really loves going.
She has come on so much since starting I am very proud of her and very thankful to the team they are amazing.
I have since had another little girl and her name is down to go as I wouldn't send them anywhere else.
By far the best team of people I have met, they are very welcoming and all round lovely people.

Our son joined MiniBugz at the age of 8 months old as we both work and really needed the help with childcare - but I found myself nervous at the thought of leaving him with someone else. Faye, Jo and Faye all made me feel so at ease, and my little boy enjoys spending time with them so much I now can't believe I was ever as nervous as I was!! Not only does he come home happy, he has been coming along in leaps and bounds with his development. They not only take first class care of your precious bundle, they have designed a stimulating environment and also run educational, fun activities for children of all ages in their care. My two sons have been attending MiniBugz for over two years now, since my eldest was 3 and my youngest just turned 1. Although they only attend one day a week they have both been made to feel very much a part of the 'family'. Faye and Jo know them so well despite only seeing them once a week and having plently of other children in their care. They have helped my oldest get school ready , he is now in full time school and coping brilliant, I am confident his time at MiniBugz has helped the transition. They have also helped and guided me on getting him school ready, I was guilty of doing too much for him when he was more than capable on his own. With my youngest son they have been brilliant, he can be quite a handful at home yet the structure and routine MiniBugz offer him has resulted in very few problems. They have worked along side us in potty training and his 2 year review was accurate and informative. I particularly praise the balance they have between firm and structured and loving and nurturing. Faye and Jo are very different childminders that strike the perfect balance together, ensuring children get everything they need. The assistants are also fantastic, very bubbly and friendly, my boys love them. If you are looking for a home like feel with plently for the children to do and other children for them to learn their social skills then this setting is ideal.

After not needing to use childcare for my first son, I was quite apprehensive about using a childminder or nursery....how wrong I was! I went to see Faye, Jo, Laura & Faye at the setting and I was immediately impressed. They are so professional, every policy and procedure in place, yet it feels like a home from home. The balance is perfect. Not to mention it's clean and a lovely setting which is very important. Toby is always happy and settled there, the settling in sessions which were offered made the transition much easier. I would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, professional and highly qualified team of people to look after their child/ren.

Although not a parent of a child here I am the grandma of a little girl who started at Mini Bugz when she was 9 months old. I'm lucky enough to be able to pick her up some days and have nothing but praise for Faye, Jo and the rest of the staff there. The care they give to all the children whatever age is second to none. I have seen my granddaughters social skills improve day by day and she's growing up to be a very happy and confident little girl. Would absolutely recommend this child care provision to any parent.

I have been nothing but impressed with the fantastic service offered by all Mini Bugz staff! Nothing is too much and they are always willing to go above and beyond for every child in their care. The settling in package offered to my son was invaluable and ensured that both myself and him were completely comfortable and reassured on my return to work. The activities completed are varied, engaging and personalised to ensure that every child makes significant progress, it seems that every day my son comes home with a new skill, he has progressed so much since starting at Mini Bugz. I love reading the comments in his book or seeing the painting / baking he brings home. The staff are professional, caring and supportive, I know they give an excellent level of care and would highly recommend them to any parent. For my partner and I, there was no-one else who could offer the care we wanted for our child, that is why we registered him before he was born!

My 2 years old boy has been going to Mini Bugz twice a week for over a month now. The level of commitment I observed within the team at Mini Bugz is exceptional. My child seems to have gelled quite nicely with the ladies now. Everytime I visit Mini Bugz to drop and pick my boy I can sense the level of personal touch every staff member puts into their dealings with the child. Its really nice to hear the daily feedback from the staff when he goes to Mini Bugz. It was nice surprise when we found his hand prints on a paper in his bag one day which he did as part of his activity. I am extremely happy to have chosen Mini Bugz for my child's care. Our daughter became a Mini Bug approximately three months ago, both myself and my partner were obviously nervous about leaving our daughter while we returned back to work but I can honestly say there was no need. From our settling in days through to our text and picture updates through the day now we have felt 100% comfortable and settled with our child been in the care of Mini Bugz. Amber has come along in so many ways, three months ago she was a baby rolling around on the floor and now under 11 months old she is walking around saying certain words, copying actions and is generally a very happy and confident little lady. I can highly recommend Mini Bugz, the staff are all lovely and it is a very close nit team which is obvious to an outsider. Nothing negative to say here.

My daughter has been attending mini bugz for about a month now. Faye, Jo and Laura are 3 of the most caring, kind and loving people you can meet. They are so friendly and make you feel so welcome.
I was so worried about leaving my little girl in the care of someone else, she is clingy to me and didn't have a very good routine. Since been at mini bugz with there help and support my daughter is now in a better routine, sleeping through and has already come on in so many ways!
They are so patient and let me do so many settling in days to make sure me and my daughter we're happy. I can't recommend them enough. They are so good at there jobs and I'm so happy with how my daughter is doing in such little time.

I recently started sending my 11 month old son to be minded by Faye, Laura, Faye and Jo. I was so nervous about leaving him with people he didn't know for so long, but I was quickly put at ease by the warm environment and caring attitude of the team. My little boy has learned so much and enjoyed his time already, and is advancing in his development much more rapidly, and I am so happy we got a place here. I would highly recommend Mini Bugz to anyone who is seeking a childminder.

Faye and the team at mini bugz are great! Always helpful and friendly, my daughter is picked up in the mornings and taken to school and is collected some afternoons at the end of school and taken to Faye's for tea whilst I finish work. My daughter always comes home happy, and is disappointed if She is not being collected by Faye or the mini bugz team if I am not working which I think shows how much of a fantastic job they all do! Highly recommended

My two year old son has been going to Minibugz since November 2012. When I first met Jo and Faye I was really taken aback and impressed with how much passion they had for providing good childcare and my first impressions were proven right!
The first day I left my son to go to work was really hard as I had never been away from him but leaving him at Minibugz meant I was safe in the knowledge that he was going to be well looked after and was getting to play with children his own age! I even got an update during the day to tell me he had forgotten me 5 minutes after I left and had settled in fine which was a huge weight off my shoulders on my first day at work!
My son had a slow start with his speech and when he began at Minibugz within a few short months there was a huge development in both his speech and his confidence in trying to communicate! Minibugz really pays attention to each child's needs and is always striving to improve with facilities and activities for stimulating the children's imaginations. My son loves song time and has even taught me a few new ones! There have been outings and trips to give them different surroundings. Faye, Jo and Laura really care about what they do and want to create a positive environment for the children.
This isn't just childcare it is a second family and having them has meant I am safe in the knowledge my son is being well looked after and that means I can
go to work and have peace of mind.

My daughter is 7months old and has being attending mini bugz childminders from 5months old. I was so nervous about leaving my new baby and going to back to work so soon. On the first day I dropped my daughter off and went to visit on my lunch and there she was being fussed and played with, after that I felt so much better. Faye & Jo are lovely people very down to earth and seem to be fantastic with the kids. From day 1 I've noticed such a change in my little girl she is much less clingy has a better routine and just generally coming on really quickly and well. Absolutely lovely people easy to get along with and would highly recommend to any parent.

My daughter is 18 months old and has been attending Mini Bugs since September 2012. I was very aprehensive as a new parent to leave my daughter in an environment and with people she did not know, However I knew it was important to get her interacting with other children at a young age. After researching other childcare facilities in my area I felt Mini Bugs would be the best choice for my daughter and also myself as a nervouse parent. After our first meeting with Faye my worries and fears diminished, she assured me I could have as many settling in sessions both I and my daughter needed which was great as after the first two sessions my daughter forgot I was there and quickly joined in the activities with the other children and I realised she did not need me there anymore she was going to be fine!
Over the short period my daughter has been attending Mini Bugz I have seen a masive improvement in her social skils with other children, her speech has come on leaps and bounds I can no longer count how many words she knows. Everytime I go to collect her Faye or Jo are always ready to fill me in on the days activites and the the new things my daughter has learned.
I cannot reccomend Mini Bugs highly enough my daughter has developed massivly since attending and I know she is in a safe and enjoyable enviroment, both the staff and other children there are great and my daughter loves it!

My little boys has been attending mini bugs since September, He was 16 months old when he started. I never thought in a million years that I would be able to put my little baby into someone else's care but then I found out about mini bugs and that feeling change. When I walk out that door after dropping him of I feel settled as I know they love and care for him as if he was one of their own. The whole team is truly amazing and really work around us to suit our needs. My sons face lights up even when their names are mentioned at home. Archie's speech is really developing. It has come on heaps since starting, their always teaching him new words and I'm amazed at how clearly he repeats them. I always go to find out he's been busy with creation all activities. Their always doing something new and different to keep the children learning. I feel happy and settled putting my baby boy in their care, his older sister really wants to go as when she picks Archie up she wants to do all the things he has so I'm now starting to put my oldest in twice a week. Mini bugs is truly a wonderful place and really makes me and my children feel like apart of their ever growing family. I wouldn't be able to follow my dream without mini bugs as it's the most hardest decision a mother has to make is putting their child into a childminders but all the team bring home from and only do things for Archie which are best suited for him. I am so great full and thank them for everything. I would give them a million stars if I could. Xxxx

Our son has just turned 2 and has been attending Minibugz since September 2013.
We were naturally nervous about leaving him with people he was unfamiliar with, however, this quickly subsided after both Faye and Jo took the time to meet with us and explain how everything worked in detail.
Our son settled in amazingly quickly and really enjoys his time at Minibugz. He particularly enjoys song time and now likes to sing at home and show us the actions that go with each song. In the time he has been at Minibugz, we have also noted a marked improvement in his development. His ability to talk and socialise with other children has significantly improved, and he has taken more of an interest in his books at home.
We have found both Faye and Jo to be very supportive of both our son’s needs, and ours as parents. We both find it difficult working full time, but Minibugz makes the effort to keep us informed about what our son has been doing each day, which helps us feel more involved.
As parents, we have peace of mind in knowing that while we are at work, our son is not only having fun and making friends, but he is well looked after in a safe environment. If he has an upset morning, for whatever reason, Minibugz will send us a reassuring message to let us know he has settled. On the one occasion he has been unwell, we were immediately informed and he received the one-on-one attention he needed until we were able to collect him.
I cannot recommend Minibugz highly enough. They provide an excellent service and we know our son is in safe hands.

My daughter has attended Minibugz for nearly 8 months now. My daughter settled from the word go which was largely down to Faye enabling her to feel so comfortable. Faye provides an excellent environment that encourages children to thrive, I often see new toys, books, dressing up and activities for the children. Minibugz always act professionally and accountably. Faye provides me with a link to the school as she drops my daughter off there nearly every day. Faye always reports to me if my daughter is needing anything for school and often passes messages on for me. Luckily Faye also reminds me of school activities too! As Faye has close links with the school this enables her to continue with any particular themes that the children are doing to promote their education further. My daughters development has increased significantly since starting Minibugz which I am sure is down to Faye's gentle encouragement and praise. Faye and her colleagues are all approachable, friendly and helpful. I could not have got through the end of my degree course without them. They are supportive of me and I feel comfortable in the knowledge that my daughter is being looked after by the best in the area. When it is time for my daughter to leave she always wants to stay longer as she loves it at Minibugz so much! My daughter enjoys the days out and trips that Minibugz provide and there is always something exciting going on for the children. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. If you are looking for a child care provider that really cares about you and your children look no further, there really is no need. Minibugz are the best in the area by far.

I would highly recommend Faye at Mini Bugz, My little boy as been going for 3 months now and I'm very impressed at how well he has progressed :) he settled in really quickly and learns something new Every week!!
I was a mum who was nervous about putting him in childcare but after speaking to Faye felt very at ease and confident about leaving him. Now he loves going and playing and learning new things, and I love going to work knowing My little fella is the BEST hands in my opinion :)

My daughter who is 10 months goes to mini bugz and she loves it! I was very nervous at first as I didn't get much time to make sure she settled in properly but my daughter has settled in very well and has even made a good friend out of daisy :)
My daughters development skills have improved since going to mini bugz and its great to read her book everyday to see she's had such fun and has been happy with no problems.
Faye keeps in touch with me all day if I think my daughter has been teething or had a bad night which (even more!) reassures me she's is in great hands and don't have to be worried as with her been at a childminders and not a nursery I know she gets that one on one time she needs. I would reccomend mini bugz to anyone :)
