In terms of personal qualities, I would contend that I am extremely caring, sensitive and patient individual with a natural affinity with young children. I am self-motivated, adept at following instructions and can use my initiative to organise enjoyable and stimulating activities. I am extremely reliable and trustworthy.
I am well organized and caring person with 10 years experience of working with children. I am accustomed to creating a stimulating learning environment and I can communicate comfortably at all levels
I speak Spanish to my daughter so she could be bilingual.
My Experience
Childcare and working with young people has long been a passion of mine and as you will see I have experience as an Acting/Deputy Manager and have obtained a formal certificate in childcare learning and development. My most recent position as a Deputy Manager along with my training has provided me with a valuable insight into the type of good practice which exists within a childcare environment whilst furthering my knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and health & safety issues. I am now confident that I can capitalise upon my training and work experience to pursue to become a child-minder within a rewarding childcare environment. I am used to working with young children both in small groups and individually carrying out educational tasks and playing games. I have excellent communication skills and I am a friendly and welcoming person who is also comfortable dealing with challenging behaviour from children.
My Qualifications
NVQ 4 Level 4 In children's care, learning and development
BTEC National Diploma Level 3
NVQ Level 2 in Childcare.
My Availability
Keen to lead by examples showing respect for each child as an individual to help them achieve their full learning potential.
Hard-working attitude and enjoys a team environ and working towards common goals.
Able to target activities appropriately so that all abilities can be included and each child can have an input to my lessons.

currently had an ofsted inspection which we got good and also we have been awarded by Haringey a Silver which means we could get the free education grant 3 - 4 years old

Cynthia is truly a loving heart and this is obvious in how she cares for children.
My son attended Cynthia's child minding service from the age of 1. Like every mum I was really nervous about how he would settle, but Cynthia was patient, supportive and nurturing.
My son developed in so many ways including confidence, independence and social skills.
He loved being with Cynthia and even now ( he is in reception) he tells me how much he loves Cynthia .

I recommend Cynthia in a heartbeat . My baby girl is well cared for and fed! Totally puts you at ease.Am so pleased I chose her.
