About Me
Hi, my name is Laura. I’m a Professional Accredited Childminder (21 years). I have a 22 year old daughter. We also have a little Chihuahua. I have an NVQ3 in childcare, which I completed in July 08. I am a Network Childminder in Hammersmith and Fulham. I also work and teach children with Special Needs.
I am registered through Ofsted (you can check online: EY246490) and I am a member of PACEY. I have had my inspection in March 2015 OUTSTANDING!! DBS CHECKS FOR ALL FAMILY MEMBERS. (I have originals to view upon appointment)
I AM ABLE TO LOOK AFTER CHILDREN FROM KEY-WORKERS DURING THE CORONAVIRUS LOCKDOWN.
INFORMATION
My standard working times are:
Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm (10 hour day)
Excluding Bank Holidays. (Unless needed)
If your needs are different I am willing to work around them and accommodate them. NO DROP OFF AND PICKUPS.

FACILITIES
I live in Hammersmith, 5 minutes walk from tube. The house is fully equipped with safety equipment and smoke alarms. All facilities are provided for babies and toddlers to sleep, all toys meet BSS. There is a large Playroom/Lounge and Kitchen for creative play with large windows that give plenty of light.
We are mainly a Forest School so a lot of learning is outdoors.
We are close to Parks, Library as well as fantastic Playgroups. This allows children to interact with others of similar age (0-5years). Unlike Nursery your child is guaranteed 1-to-1 interactions. Outings will be discussed with the parents in advance.

MEALS
I love cooking and studied Nutrition. All meals are home made, organic cooked (prepared the night before – this allows me to dedicate all my time to the children and not the kitchen). The meals are highly nutritious, well balanced and healthy, specially prepared according to your child’s age. These will reflect on your child’s Meal chart in his/her personal journal. Nutritious and healthy snacks are provided between meals (dried fruit, finger foods, healthy filled sandwiches, etc.) Drinks are provided throughout the day, water (filtered and boiled) or organic juices.

Toast with Marmite or 100% fruit jam
Snack: Avocado dip with bread sticks
Raisins / grated apple
Lunch: Chicken with couscous and steamed vegetables
Snack: Mini sandwich with cream cheese/cucumber
Dinner: Lentil and six veg stew with quinoa
Drinks: All day
Please state if your child has nut allergies, or any other food related allergies. Any special dietary needs are catered for. (Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, nut free etc)

My Fees
- Childminding from £15.00 per hour
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
RATES
£78-00 per day per child, this includes:
• 3 Organic meals per day + snacks
• Outings and playgroups
Fees are payable monthly, 1st of every month and a notice period of 4 weeks is required. Also required is a 4 weeks’ deposit, this is used for the last month of care as a payment for the period after the written notice (last 4 weeks of care). I also accept Childcare Vouchers.

Topal Totz looked after our daughter from 9 months old to 4 years. We trusted her implicitly, and have been so impressed with the growth and development of our daughter whilst in her care. Our daughter has become a polite, caring and sociable child thanks to this service. I would recommend this childminder in a heartbeat - she goes above and beyond with the children's needs at the forefront of her care, adapting to various needs while creating a cohesive, collaborative team and environment for the children. 5* all round. We all miss her soooo much!!

Laura has been looking after our son since he was 10 months old and she has become a much loved member of our family.
Laura’s knowledge and experience in all things early years has been a great comfort to us as first time parents, we trust her implicitly. She helped us navigate each step, assessment and change in our son in a calm and confident manner, always seeing and treating him as a unique individual.
Laura understands and empathises with the challenges every parent goes through when leaving their child with a carer. Whether it is writing in the daily log, sending photographs or sharing artwork made by the children, we have always felt part of our son’s life for the hours that he is with her. She is accommodating about food, specific requirements and preferences, all of which we found so important.
We have no doubt that if you put your trust in Laura, you will quickly see why she is so loved by the children in her care and their parents. Laura is one of a kind, and we are so grateful to have had her in our lives.

Laura has looked after our daughter from three months to four years old. She has been absolutely amazing. Our whole family has grown to love Laura. Even though our child is now at school we still keep in touch. She is just so kind and professional. I can’t recommend her enough.

I hope others have a better experience with this provider than I did. 4 days before my child was due to start we have had deposit returned in favour of someone offering more money. This has left me with very few alternatives at the peak of back-to-school season. Very disappointed.
