About Me
I am registered with a childminding agency who are inspected by OFSTED. I live with my two children in a quiet area of Greenford. I have over ten years experience of looking after children and have also been a foster carer for a short while. We live in a house with two lounges and a large garden. I provide flexible hours to suit parent's needs and tailor activities in my home nursery to suit the requirements of the EYFS. I provide a warm, safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive and develop through play. I love art and crafts and will help children explore this creative aspect of the EYFS.
My Experience
I have worked in the school environment as a Teaching assistant and as such worked with children of various abilities, with some experience too as a learning support assistant. This gave me a lot of experience that I portray in my work as a childminder.
My Qualifications
I have attained the CACHE level 2 Teaching and Learning assistant certificate and also have taken the Safeguarding, food hygiene and first aid courses.
I also qualify to provide the 2-year old funding if you are eligible. You will need to provide a letter of Entitlement for proof.
My Availability
I am available for full-time or part-time childcare, school drop off and pick-ups. My local school drop off and pickup is mainly Coston Primary School or Edward Betham.

We bought our daughter to Sybil when she was 15 months and it was the best decision we made for our child. Sybil is a kind woman with a real love for developing and caring for children. From day 1 our daughter was comfortable with Sybil and would even close the door on us upon entering into Sybil’s home - which is always a great sign!
As well as Sybil’s caring and nurturing nature - she is also thorough and followed the EYFS and informed us of when our child was meeting her milestones and letting us know of the things we could do at home to develop her further. In the year and a half that our daughter was with Sybil her development accelerated and we have no doubt it was because of her time with Sybil.
We can’t recommend Sybil enough and had we stayed in the area we would still be with her. Our daughter’s new nursery were astonished when they got our daughter’s 2 year old check, learning journal and pictures which Sybil gave to us when we left. Honestly you won’t regret having her look after your child(ren)

Sybil is a kind, warm and friendly childcare provider. Upon first meeting her, in her clean and tidy home, I instantly knew that my girls (5 years and 1year) would be given the appropriate care and attention. My eldest daughter always speaks highly about all of the fun activities she does whilst with Sybil. I would highly recommend her!

Sybil has looked after my 2yr old daughter on numerous occasions. She is a warm, bubbly and friendly person and on meeting her for the first time last year, I instantly felt happy to leave my daughter in her care. Both her teenage children were very friendly to Shireen. Her home is child friendly and clean and I would highly recommend her.
